The Non-Voter Majority

In most national elections, about 55-60% of eligible adults vote. That means at least 40% of eligible voters AREN'T voting. So forget about Democrats, Republicans, independents, Tea Party, Green or whatever. The "mandate" in this country comes from people who wield power by NOT voting. Apathy is the governing paradigm in the U.S.
