Mama olga, be careful for sisig, it might affect your blood pressure
It’s actually not the meat, it’s too much sugar causing all these issues. I used to eat a lot of rice, bread , pasta, ice cream and such and had high blood pressure, now I eat them in moderation maybe 1 to 2 bites but I eat more meat now and fats. All my labs are all clear and no longer taking meds for HBP.
Not true in Keto and Carnivore World.
@@chebtremb2244 I agree. Sugar is the culprit. It is the real cause of so many medical problems.
Many Europeans are not familiar with the Philippines. When discussing Asia in Europe, Thailand is likely the first country that comes to mind. We hope to have many European vloggers like you help introduce our beloved country to the world, especially throughout Europe.
Very nice family! Appreciated much your trying to cook and eat Filipino food. As I've seen Mama Olga cooking 2 varieties of Sisig and I am happy that she did it well. To make sisig more tastier, Mama Olga can use siling haba or green pepper (long). Not sure tho if this is available in Russian market. Add a drop of Knorr or Maggi Seasoning and calamansi. Just a suggestion po. An avid fan of your vlogs from the Philippines.
Ng survey kba?
True thailand many different dishes especially patara. So delicious.
@@Lovelyscentiba KC motibo nng ibang European knya kilala nila agad Ang Thailand.
Make it a Lil bit dryer (fry its own oil) till its golden brown and crispy a little bit, put onion seasonings and egg, and lastly a mayonnaise..trust me it's really a good taste
Super Agree.
Fantastic sisig! You guys are digging deep into Filipino treasures!
We are here part of central Luzon, Pampanga, were sisig is one of our popular dish, we don't put sugar on our sisig, boil pig ear with the face, and liampo season with salt n pepper, till tender. Then grill it and pork liver. Chop finely. Plenty of onion, salt n pepper, enough to taste lemon juice. Saute with butter, taste it.
WOW!... Nanay Olga's sisig looks very delicious. Two thumbs up to you Nanay! 😀👍❤️🇵🇭🇷🇺
mama olga is a very supportive and loving mother.😊
We also use pigs ears, yummy. That would be funny is your Mom opens a little stand and sell Filipino food as her as the cook. Maybe she can assist one of the restaurant and let her cook her way.
Our sisig has a fried on top of the dish.
Yes, calamansi is squeeze if you have it. You are making me hungry. Enjoy.
Wow! Pork sisig! You and mama Olga have gone a long way now. Keep it up, good job!
God bless Mama Olga!

Sisig and Red horse will make my day! Sergie would love when he goes to the Philippines with Sisig and Red Horse!❤
They should try pale pilsen too! I think foreigners like the taste of it more than the red horse.
@@johnmandu7042 I dont know. Depends. It’s not safe to generalize, but most of them I saw they love red horse.

Wow “ sisig” is originally from Pampanga. It’s a Pampango signature. I remember the late American Chef Anthony Bourdain visited Angeles City, Pampanga just to taste their own cuisine like Sisig.
I haven’t actually tasted it, though I came from that region. Thank you Mama Olga for cooking and introducing “ Sisig “ to the family. It looks delicious!
God bless the whole family.
Magandang hapon din po sa iyong family. God bless po.
Wow thumbs up to our Russian friends loving our dishes.
If tofu is available in Russia, you can use it as your protein.. just fry or air fry until crispy then make sisig out from it.. good for vegetarian like you
Good morning, chef. I've just eaten breakfast, but wow, watching you cook sisig two ways making me hungry again 😊 😋. Enjoy, have a great day, and God bless 🙌 this wonderful family.
BOTH VERSIONS LOOK GREAT. Filipino recipes are NOT cast in stone and substitution is open to availability of ingredients. ADD in whatever pleases you and OMIT those that clash with you taste buds.
Hello,Andrei , Mommy Olga and Family.Watching from California.

Omg! Yummy disig👍 the best!
fry the pork until golder brown then add the onions, pepper, chilies & soy sauce after remove from the heat add the egg and mayo before serving
wow Andrei, it seems that you’re also and still living in the Philippines because aside from the Filipino food that your mom Olga always cooked, we could also hear some roosters 🐓crowing in the background 😂. Thank you for promoting our food and country. Best regards and shout out from Bonn, Germany

Because of this recipe I have 8 branch restaurant here in Philippines
Wow.
More branches to create more employment prayers and God bless you 🙏❤️
sisig, lumpia, pancit, adobo and caldereta. Foreigners and Filipinos like this dish😊
Hey Nice try, there. 👍👍 Your sisig version has sauce. Normally sisig is dry or dried. Then, it should have more chopped onions and added egg on top in the last part of the cooking. The other version is that you are supposed to add and stir the mayo on the very last part when the fire is already out and is to be kept for cooling down. Sisig Power!!!
When I randomly saw your video talking about Filipino food I instantly clicked the "subscribe" button ❤
Hello I'm working here in Moscow I love your mama so much how she love and embracing our culture hope to see you and visit your house and cook some Filipino food also
I always watch your blogs,Andrei,Liza, and your mother Olga, and never skip your ads.I am watching from Ormoc City,Leyte,Philippines.
How aboit to cook "FISH FILLET" or SWEET and SOUR FISH".Hope you can search these recipes from UA-cam.
Have a good day!
Mommy Olga's ideas are flexible. She can put up her own cooking show on UA-cam.
Regards to your family Andrey. Your mom Olga and your sister Liza and her family. I find Arseny so cute plus your dog who is on diet and your 2 cats, simply amazing.
Sergei is loving it😅he scoop many times😂Tell him sisig partner is beer in philippines😂😂😂
Your correct Liza, I used sisig on my buns it's perfect. The original recipe of the sisig has fats on it using face of the pig. Since your mother use pure meat the texture has totally different but it's still good. You can garnish with parsley and spring onion for a better kick.. Enjoy
Were waiting until you finish grilled the pork..i m sure thats another yummy ulammm
Mama Olga your Sisig is looks very tasty and deliciouse.Thank you Mama Olga you have a talent in cooking specially filipino food.Amazing🥰👏👏👏❤️❤️🇵🇭
You should try cooking Tokwa't Baboy (tofu and pork). Pork and tofu (fermented soya beans milk cake) should be cut like the half of a finger. You need to slice/cut the tofu and fry it in cooking oil ad then put it in a small container. Same thing with the sliced pork meat (with a little fat with it). Then you need to saute minced garlic and onions, and maybe thin strips of ginger (not too thick but thin enough to be eaten and ignored when chewing. You mix these with the fried tofu and pork meat in oil. Add fermented small black beans and some chopped celery. You also add strips of carrots. Salt and pepper to taste. You need to pre-wash the black beans with water so as not to have a too salty taste.
Good cooking 👍💕
One of our famous dish in Pampanga Philippines.Love how Mama Olga tries to cook the Phil recipes❤
Godbless u all and will have a good flight, vacation in the Philippines
Little masarap boy is so cute🥰 enjoy eating kabayan food Vanya
Wow my favorite ulam ❤
Sergei is a funny person! 😆
Definitely masarap. But be careful also eating it because of high-blood eat in moderation. Hope soon Mama Olga will cook Lumpiang Sariwa a healthy food, Chopsuey, Grilled fish with tomatoes, onions and garlic inside
Way to go Madamme Olga. Im glad that you like Pinoy food and you promote it somewhere in your region. What I'm looking forward is Mr. Andrie to do the karaoke 🤣😂
Hello my frend watching from philippines
I’m Filipino, sad to say I never had a sisig in my life never ever!!i ,I will someday ,watching from California ❤❤❤
About the sisig, yes there are many ways to prepare them. One usual way is that it is served in a cast iron hot plate, one raw egg placed on top and mixed while still hot (option can be topped with fried egg also), then to taste we sprinkle it with some calamansi and also with dark liquid seasoning (Knorr brand or similar) to bring out the flavor more. On the side we place some red hot chili (siling labuyo) or we use hot sauce if you want it a little spicy. Chicken and even tuna can be used as sisig ingredient alternatives but its best to use pig meat (cheeks, jowl, ears, etc.) as its more crispy and tastier when fried. Originally many alcohol drinkers would usually prefer sisig as their "pulutan" or finger snack in gatherings while drinking liquor during celebrations, but now it is also served as a regular restaurant dish with rice. Enjoy..
Sister Liza had a great And unique idea! Sisig Siopao!
Wow looks delicious
You can also use SISIG in making Pizza and it can be also used as a filling in Pan de Sal
I am glad you are enjoying your pork sisig!
I have here tofu sisig! hehe
Awesome
Yummy ❤ kalamansi or lemon is one of the essential ingredient og sisig .
Adding it gives extra savor to it.
Don't forget to sprinkle it with seasoning to level up the taste..
Hello! All u,out there esp. Mama Olga❤
My favorite sisig looks yummy 😋👍❤️❤️❤️
HOW EXCITING FAMILY WAS PREPARING TO COME BACK
SOON❤ GLAD TO SEE IT AGAIN MAMA OLGA SECOND VISIT HERE AND HOPE SISTER LIZA AND HER WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE HAPPY TOO.
HOPE THERE'S MEET AND GREET SIR ANDREI 🙏😅 AND. HOPEFULLY 🤞 THE WEATHER WILL BE GOOD AND FAIR, GOD WILLING 🙏
Tagay na kuya andrey pampulutan yan eh
Your mama , shes realy a good cook
It's a pulutan here partner with red horse, also can partner in rice.... Sarapppppp
Wow❤
Instead of Lemon for your sisig, try using Green Lime instead. It has almost the consistency of Kalamansi because of its sourness. There is a Filipino Restaurant here in California where instead of Pork Meat for their Sisig Menu, customers can also chose chicken or fish for their Sisig.
Looks like yummy🤗😁😋💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I love sisig❤… with rice ❤ … now I’m hungry😂
Mama olga have her own sisig recipe ❤❤❤❤
😊delicious!! 😊
We must protect mama Olga at all times 💙😍
