From the very start in the preliminary round I know this guy is really something. The way he is just standing there and spit his rap I can see eminem in him. He is just like someone who always want to be alone. Seeing him makes me scared but in a good way. You know there is something in him that made you respect him a lot.

Houssem Abbes first of all you gotta stop taking a comparison to Eminem as an insult. All Greats are eventually compared to Slim. When Kendrick was asked how he felt about being compared to Eminem he said it was an honor because before anything else he is a student of the game. Bro I am obsessed with won jae, he is unique and probably the most developed contestant on the show (not rap but how to effectively convey emotions). And to say he is similar to Eminem wasn't a jab at his individuality, it was more respect; in a culture where a lot of different forms of hip hop is muted and unheard of, won jae really shows a "I don't give a fuck, this is my story, listen" which resonates so much with people who grew up listening to shady. Definitely not saying slim was the first to be an "against the current" rapper, but a lot of new age rebellion rap attribute their influences to Eminem. And honestly his clothes and the way he carries himself remind me of young em. all GREAT musicians have visible roots. No one is born with musical style
Wonjae has something that's so appealing, in the way that he raps with so much raw talent and the way that he tells his stories. Its so incredible to watch; one can't help but be drawn to him it's absolutely amazing.

Woo Won Jae's rap is very dark and melodramatic, and honestly it's not a mood that's easily sold to a listener. It's rather something that a listener would distance himself from. At the same time his rap is real - to the very core - and that's what makes it approachable. Won Jae is honest, and he's telling a story (instead of just bragging which most rappers do). He pulls his lyrics from his life experience and just looking at him, I can only imagine how shitty his life has been. Damn, his lyrics are so dark...ugh. Good luck to him in this competition. He certainly can rap, he can tell stories, and he can captivate an audience. I really wish him success. In this competition though I'm afraid that a couple of other contestant will win over him, simply because they have better diction and flow - a more rhythmical style basically, like how Junoflo (another contestant in this season) raps for example. I'd like to draw parallels between Woo Won Jae and Iron from season 3. Iron didn't win the show, but he had a unique style (with raggae influence) and he had good story telling as well. Even though he didn't win, he made a name for himself. That's how I see Woo Won Jae. He has a unique style, but I don't think he'll win this show. He will make a name for himself though. It's only been a couple of episodes, and so many people are gravitating towards him already. He is an authentic rapper.
Lam Hoang Iron messed up ya'll he did really well right after the season ended and got on a few hit records but then he joined some crew that got him into drugs and messed with his mind and now he's in jail or something
Wonjae and Black9 are one of the hidden gems this season. We've finally found our dark horses!!!! I hope Wonjae ends up in a good label or makes it big like Bewhy. He's gonna make it big. I could see Black9 in Amoeba or Just Music. Wonjae would fit perfectly in JK's label or Just Music with Genius Nochang's scary deep production.

Ignito's so calculated while Wonjae is just rawness personified. From watching the subs it seems like Ignito's all about systematically riding out his rhyme schemes while he uses demonic imagery for social commentary (a showman who's honed his craft and stage persona), while Wonjae's raps feel like he's going "hey, you know what it feels like to suffocate, right? Imagine if it never stopped." When Wonjae dismissed the accusations of tryhard "artist disease" in his audition verse I was like "oh sHIT, this dude knows, but he's still crushing it."

From the very start in the preliminary round I know this guy is really something. The way he is just standing there and spit his rap I can see eminem in him. He is just like someone who always want to be alone. Seeing him makes me scared but in a good way. You know there is something in him that made you respect him a lot.

Houssem Abbes first of all you gotta stop taking a comparison to Eminem as an insult. All Greats are eventually compared to Slim. When Kendrick was asked how he felt about being compared to Eminem he said it was an honor because before anything else he is a student of the game.
Bro I am obsessed with won jae, he is unique and probably the most developed contestant on the show (not rap but how to effectively convey emotions). And to say he is similar to Eminem wasn't a jab at his individuality, it was more respect; in a culture where a lot of different forms of hip hop is muted and unheard of, won jae really shows a "I don't give a fuck, this is my story, listen" which resonates so much with people who grew up listening to shady. Definitely not saying slim was the first to be an "against the current" rapper, but a lot of new age rebellion rap attribute their influences to Eminem. And honestly his clothes and the way he carries himself remind me of young em.

Wonjae has something that's so appealing, in the way that he raps with so much raw talent and the way that he tells his stories. Its so incredible to watch; one can't help but be drawn to him it's absolutely amazing.

Woo Won Jae's rap is very dark and melodramatic, and honestly it's not a mood that's easily sold to a listener. It's rather something that a listener would distance himself from. At the same time his rap is real - to the very core - and that's what makes it approachable. Won Jae is honest, and he's telling a story (instead of just bragging which most rappers do). He pulls his lyrics from his life experience and just looking at him, I can only imagine how shitty his life has been. Damn, his lyrics are so dark...ugh. Good luck to him in this competition. He certainly can rap, he can tell stories, and he can captivate an audience. I really wish him success. In this competition though I'm afraid that a couple of other contestant will win over him, simply because they have better diction and flow - a more rhythmical style basically, like how Junoflo (another contestant in this season) raps for example.
I'd like to draw parallels between Woo Won Jae and Iron from season 3. Iron didn't win the show, but he had a unique style (with raggae influence) and he had good story telling as well. Even though he didn't win, he made a name for himself. That's how I see Woo Won Jae. He has a unique style, but I don't think he'll win this show. He will make a name for himself though. It's only been a couple of episodes, and so many people are gravitating towards him already. He is an authentic rapper.

Wonjae and Black9 are one of the hidden gems this season. We've finally found our dark horses!!!! I hope Wonjae ends up in a good label or makes it big like Bewhy. He's gonna make it big. I could see Black9 in Amoeba or Just Music. Wonjae would fit perfectly in JK's label or Just Music with Genius Nochang's scary deep production.

Ignito's so calculated while Wonjae is just rawness personified. From watching the subs it seems like Ignito's all about systematically riding out his rhyme schemes while he uses demonic imagery for social commentary (a showman who's honed his craft and stage persona), while Wonjae's raps feel like he's going "hey, you know what it feels like to suffocate, right? Imagine if it never stopped." When Wonjae dismissed the accusations of tryhard "artist disease" in his audition verse I was like "oh sHIT, this dude knows, but he's still crushing it."
