The warning army have a saying. If you react they will come. In full force.
Bandmaid and The Warning have a mutual admiration society going on. They did meet briefly at a convention/ show and did the whole selfie thing, hugged and talked.....
Hands down one of the vert best live bands on the planet! Great reaction!
If you or someone you know ever struggled with addictions you can relate to this song written by the drummer Paulina when she was 13. Search for *Black Holes - Live @ Dakota Bar*
This concert took place in Mexico City, which is a half mile higher in elevation than the mile-high city of Denver.
To say Paulina has amazing stamina would be an understatement.
For the record, Ale the bass player does sing lead on some songs whenever Dany is under the weather or having voice problems, giving her a chance to rest a bit. Whenever that happens it is considered a unicorn moment by the fans as Ale doesn't like singing lead. She has a deep voice, maybe deeper than her sisters, but she also has a falsetto she uses on some harmonies. Like her sisters, Ale is a classically trained pianist as well. I believe she may be the best of the three at that. She also has perfect pitch and is a human metronome. Pau, the drummer, keys off Ale's basslines to stay on beat. Ale and Dany, the guitarist, also know how to play saxophone.
You just listened to the first song (prologue) of their secound full album which is a concept album, there is one concert 6 years ago where they play this full album (live @Lunario CDMX CDMX=México city) yes a CONCEPT album called "Queen of the murder Scene" it is a master piece, you should listen yo the whole album, maybe one by one or three at the time since it is divided in chapters, i highly recomend you yo losten to the whole album...
All 3 are great singers in their own right, although Ale the bassist does not usually sing lead, unless Dany the lead singer is sick, but to me what takes cake are the vocal harmonies. Ah! those vocal harmonies! 🤯
You have to check The Warning TED talk !!!
Disciple is an incredible song from this concert as well as Evolve enjoy you two love the reaction.
As explained, this is the first song, prologue, to their concept album Queen of the Murder Scene.
This is the funeral of the Queen and she is speaking from beyond inviting you to listen to her story.
The male voice is their manager Rudy speaking as a minister delivering a sermon of salvation.
Pau has been singing and playing drums since she started so it’s very natural to her.
I’ll 2nd the motion to do Disciple next.
Further context is the were 22,20 & 17 for this concert. This was the first song on a concept album they wrote 5 years ago.
They released 17 songs from this Concert. They are all worth checking out. I would suggest "Disciple", "Evolve" and "Hunter" to start with. All of the songs are excellent. This group is the best I've seen in years. You've only just scratched the surface here.
Yep, I was there for the livestream. Didn't realize it was 22 songs though. That's cool.@@morthnadic1
Daniela(Dany), 23 on guitar. Paulina(Pau), 21 on drums and Alejandra(Ale), 18 on bass. They just Streamed this entire concert 2 days ago. Check it out. The whole show is amazing. You've been "drafted" into TWA. LOL
And Dany, Pau, and Ale were in the chat for a few minutes during the live stream. Very cool.
gr8 reaction... watch the whole concert... every song is a hit... r0ck 0n... \m/
This little song pulled me into the fold and headfirst down the rabbit hole. It’s not a little song, it’s a monster of a song. Oh, yes they have a Herculean work ethic, they’ve worked hard from the earliest days and they are all perfectionists. Everything they produce is of the highest quality. Thanks.
Yes! You are in the Warning army, to bring fun joy and excitement to the world.
TWA!! 🔥🤘🔥
Disciple, from this concert, is a must. A straight up master class in what rock stars sound and look like. Evolve, Queen of the Murder Scene, Dull Knives & Survive are also muy bueno. Great reaction guys - thx!!
You were Warned the addiction is real 🤘 😎 ⚠️
The deeper you traverse this rabbit hole the more you’ll fall in love with them. Yes, their talent is incredible. Yes, they are beautiful women. What will astound you is their work ethic, their humble nature, the way they love and support their fans. They are 3 sisters with incredible parents and their story will inspire you, especially as you watch them earn the realization of their dreams. It’s a feel good story that could be an incredible movie…but it’s real.
All 3 sisters are very Talented they not only sing well and play their own Instruments but All 3 can Also play the Piano, They started taking. Classical Piano Lessons when Dany was 6 and Pau was 4 and Ale started at age 5, and Dany and Ale know how to play the Saxophone.
Disciple (from Teatro Metropolitan) next, trust me. You'll hear this from others, too.
Great reaction.. in case you're wondering, Enter Sandman is the only cover these ladies play these days. You can find lots of covers from when they were children. Now it's all originals except Enter Sandman (reimagined).. Can't wait till ya do Disciple, Evolve, of course a slower masterpiece called Revenant. "Warning" "Warning"... This whole show just rocks start to finish..TWA🤟🎶☮️
Great reaction this was the first warning song I heard and fell in love with the warning my favorite band the warning is going to take over the rock world
Paulina (drummer) sings lead on several songs, both while playing drums, or playing keyboards, or just out front with a guest drummer.
You guys are a really cool team for doing reactions. Thanks for adding The Warning to your rabbit hole list. This is a great start so far. I'd say check out "Evolve" or "Disciple" next to add a little adrenaline factor. Both for the same venue.
🤘⚠️Viva The Warning ⚠️🤘
I enjoyed 🤘 nice reaction ❤️
Just WOW...about covers that....this was a 2 hour concert and they have released every song...and the production is simply top tier....and yes, Pau (Paulina) on the drums sings and is one of the best drummers on the planet besides that...new sub here guys...keep TW coming.
When you finish this show you will not be disappointed if you watch the Lunario show. For me I think Lunario is better but it's a tough call. Both are amazing. Maybe it's because they are so young at the time. Ale (bass) is only 13 and her bass sounds like a bullfrog. Fantastic show. Also, it's fun to watch the 2 of you discovering the greatest show on earth.
This song featured Pau's gruff "rock" voice. She also has an extraordinary ballad voice, on display in "23" from the same concert: ua-cam.com/video/dq6k4v9i8kc/v-deo.html
!!!The Warning = 10 😀¡¡¡ Greetings from the South of Argentina
simply explained, singing and drumming is a magic trick. Lol. Thanks again for another great reaction. The rest of the TWA will be along soon.
Pau is just gifted. I’m a Dany fanboy, but I give credit where it is due. Pau is the driving force, the bulk of the creative force, and the most naturally talented member of The Warning. There are a small handful of musicians living or dead that are on the same or higher level than her. That’s just a fact.
Band-Maid and The Warning are mutual fans. They got to meet for a few min. at a festival in 2022.
"Dust to Dust" is the prolog to their 2nd album, "Queen of the Murder Scen".
It is a concept album, tells a story.
Should watch in order. 4 chapters 3 sons each. The whole album is featured in a concert. They premiered it at Lunario.
The whole concert is available (with additional songs or just look up album for the order of songs and search each individually (use ones from TW channel).
They were all teens when they wrote it.
Alejandra "Ale"(bass) was 13 at Lunario.
If you would like to see the drummer
Paulina "Pau" (POW) sing a fan Instagram challenge. She was tasked to learn and sing "Creep" by Radiohead. She did it in about 4 hrs.(she was 18 yo)
This band just simply doesn’t miss!
Thanks for another reaction, please keep them coming! We are waiting for more, feed us!!!!🔥⚡️
They are awesome!!!
Great band. I just saw them at The Stone Pony in New Jersey 2 weeks ago. Also saw them at Irving Plaza in NYC in may where they had PLUSH open for them. PLUSH is another all female rock band.
Another great reaction!! For another great female singer, check out The Gates of Time by Dark Side of the Moon. Melissa Bonny is also the singer for the band Ad Infinitum
Looking forward to lots more The Warning content!!! DPA are so talented. 🎤🎸🥁🔥
You two are doing a great job of highlighting incredible young female bands from around the world! A few more to check out include The Sixsters (awesome mvs! fled Ukraine now in Germany); Nova Twins (insane sounds! England); and Plush (great originals and covers! USA). 🙌🤘
Hi from Sweden.
Did you know that it´s Pau (the drummer) who write most of the song and lyric on piano and then brings it too the two sisters and complete the songs with them.
Hola. Me alegro de verlos de nuevo. Les sugiero que escuchen el cover del tema creep de Paulina, se daran cuenta del motor de emociones que paulina provoca. Saludos desde Perú
You enjoyed the Pau ( drummer) show do 23 from this same show , jaw dropping
"Z" from the same show is outstanding!
Dust to Dust is the prologue to the girls' 2nd studio album Queen of the Murder Scene produced in 2018 when they were 18, 16 & 13. Pau was going through her emo phase in middle school when she wrote this concept album dealing with unrequited love, self harm & lunacy. There are 4 chapters comprising of 3 songs each along with Dust to Dust as an introduction.
About 5 decades back from today Roger Waters mused over despair, death & lunacy in The Dark Side of the Moon. I still find it hard to believe that 2 mid teens & 1 pre teen composed a concept album that is almost as a dark as Dark Side. Apparently Pau's 1st draft was bloodier so her sisters toned it down.
A song has 2 parts - musicianship & lyrics. So every song by The Warning needs to be listened with reference to its lyrics, innate message & back story, if any. They are the most intellectual group to emerge in decades with their profound metaphorical takes on contemporary society. Drummer Pau is their main songwriter & composer. A master in minor scales she usually composes on piano & tables the 1st draft in front of her sisters for further development. Dany, the eldest, is guitarist cum lead singer and Ale, the youngest but also the tallest, plays bass & sings backing vocals mostly in lower frequencies. Pau is in the middle who switches between backing & lead vocals. They all are classically trained pianists. Their 4th instrument is their angelic harmony which you have discovered by now.
Its sad that an album like Queen of the Murder Scene flew under the radar in today's shallow world of music where people are more interested in showy fills & incontextual solos than what a band is trying to say through its songs. This dismissive attitude towards lyrics of a song might be a reason behind the popularity of bands singing in languages that people don't understand. They are there for the instrumental part only. What the band is saying be damned. What would have happened to Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen today? Their intellectuuaism would have been lost - just like The Warning's. Needless to say the girls would have been a household name in 70s, 80s just by publishing Queen of the Murder Scene.
Yeap... that part is supposed to give you goosebumps, well is does for me everytime. This concert is really amazing. They have around 45 originals for you to check out and not a bad song. Enjoyed your reaction!
The bass Ale is shy she sing# but not as often as her sisters
DO, 23 23 23 23 23 23 PLEASE. Thank you for another great reaction on this one. TWA
23 and survive, please!!
Great song!!!
Gran reacción, ahora necesitan escucharlas cantando en español (Narcisista y Martirio) 🤘🇲🇽🤘🇲🇽🤘🇲🇽
These women have brought me back to Rock and Roll. Three ingredients, mixed 50 ways and always best bite. If their music was translated to food, they would win every food competition and have 5 Michelin stars.
~ TimberWolf7.62 writes: Dust to Dust is a prologue that invites the listener into the story and introduces the main themes - life/death, good/evil, truth/lies, etc. The Spanish section is that of a preacher saying that you can receive salvation but it is something that you must work for. The lyrics have deeply religious undertones - life is short and unpredictable (“How quickly things can unfold”); there is an afterlife (“and we shall start again” and “the truth found in death”); we should distrust false prophets (“where are you going? Don’t trust all that you hear”); and judgment (“I don’t seek right or wrong”).
Excelente reaccion🤟
Thank you for the reaction.
The vast majority of TW fans agree that this power-trio is exponentially better performing live and in the extensive catalog of their own works (in whose creation, composition and arrangements all 3 of them are involved) there's not a bad song and It's really difficult to choose the order of their songs in a "Top-Ten" because most of their creations have all the attributes to be part of this list.
beyond the musicality emitted by the instruments, masterfully executed...
Or the stupendous voices, each day more mature and better...
Of the deep lyrics, inspired by his innate genius...
And the paraphernalia of the "show", which achieves its goal...
It's inescapable that this moves you from the depths of your emotions when you observe what the girls are doing in their performance.
It's more than a pleasure to see how Pau (and her sisters) really enjoys what she does, which seems to be a game that amuses her so much that she gives herself up, contributing all her emotions and, at the same time, allows herself to be the receptacle of everything that can transmit what's happening to her. happening around you, transforming everything into a virtuous circle of unsurpassed quality. Well, surely only surmountable by themselves.
And they've so much mastered what they're doing that they only have to give themselves completely, passionately (as Latinoamericans know how to do), to what they like to do best and most, in a way in which they've fun and fully enjoy it.
For this and many more things TW will conquer the world of rock!!
INEVITABLE
Thanks and greetings from México!! 🇲🇽
🤘😁✌️
Wow this was fun AJ & Vicky, i know you think you couldn't love these ladies any more but you really need to treat yourself to the 2017 TEDx talk. There is a 2016 talk too but the 2017 is where you see greatness in the making. I'm Warning you that you are going to be just as impressed by the spoken words between the songs as you are by their musical talent. Shoutout to their parents who raised three beautiful young souls. ⚡⚡⚡
Thanks for covering our favorite band. Subscribed!
The girls had the advantage of fairly prosperous parents. Mom is a dentist and dad owns a recording studio (may be sound engineer). Right from the start, they had good instruments and along they way they got professional training on their respective instruments including voice training as well. They speak absolutely colloquial English from attending a bilingual school. Theirs is not any sort of "out lf the barrio" kind of story.
One thing you'll notice about the girls as time goes by is that, while they are, as you have noted, pretty easy on the eyes, they don't come out dressed like sexy showgirls. They perform all their live concerts in street clothes any girl their age might wear to the mall, Even so, they put on one hell of a show.
BTW, here's how to pronounce Teatro Metropolitan: tay-AT-roh metro-POLE-ee-tahn.
The Warning is maybe my favorite band in a long time. I'm 54 and have heard a lot of bands too. By the way, if you're into female artists, don't miss out on Halocene. They'll blow your socks off. They do some great covers of bands like Linkin Park. They do them justice too.
You have to check out Disciple or Evolve from this concert their even heavier then Dust to Dust!!!!
It’s so fun to see new people fall in love with this band! Love them! 😎🤘🏻🔥
🙋🔥🔥🔥⚡⚡⚡
yepp, you can't go wrong with any song from these ladies. As many others have already stated, this song is the prologue to a concept album, Queen Of The Murder Scene. Its a complete head trip. I'm going to subscribe because at some time in the near future, you will decide to review QOTMS from the beginning to The End. I want to be around for that. 👍👍
Any song from this concert is fire and must be reacted to. I would suggest Evolve, Disciple. Enter Sandman (their version) and 23. Revenant and Narcisista are good to see Paulina (drummer) out front.
*How deep is this rabbit hole??*
You can react to 3 Warning videos a day for the next year. *AND NEVER SEE THE SAME VIDEO IN THAT TIME SPAN.*
Need more female rockers then you got to do The Pretty Reckless and Halestorm.
Also try "Liliac" and "Sixsters (Ukranian band very young so it's been tough for 2 years for them had to relocate and being there members are all teenagers they've gone thru quite a few lineup changes but they keep going on very creative !!!)
As you learn more about this amazing band, you will find nothing about them that isn't positive.
Paulina the drummer has several ballad like songs and she's a great singer not to mention one of the best drummers I've ever seen.
The Warning and Band Maid are big fan of each other and actually met at Aftershock music festival.
I🖤TW🤘
🤘⚡🔥
La siguiente reacción tiene que se Disciple, luego Animosity, 23 (aquí vuelve a cantar la baterista toda la canción) están siendo advertidos como yo quedé.
Yes, the rabbit hole goes to China and then some! 😂 Love TW! Subbed for more of TW journey! 🤘🔥⚡❤
🤘🤘
Knew you would love it!
It's rare that Ale will sing lead but if Dany needs a break...
The Warning - ALE singing Hunter - Winnipeg, MB, Canada - 11/17/22

Yes, indeed, you are enlisted in The Warning Army. Welcome down the rabbit hole.
Women in rock have been horribly under-represented throughout its history. There are so many more available today. The future of rock is female, IMHO. I am all for that.
Blessed yes. But they have also worked their butts off since they were children. And to think, they still have many more years to create great music.
Thanks… and close on the pronunciation “Teatro” is pronounced
Tay-a-tro. And just put more emphasis on the last syllable of MetropoliTAN
There is no better female rock band out there …
TWA ⚡️
also have to give you this playlist i made of most of their pandemic solo songs and a couple other cool vids of the girls for you to go through, so if someone mentions their solo stuff here it is mostly lol. It shows you how much they love their fans and you get to see a different side of them. Their IG is full of great videos of them just being silly normal kids. anyways here ya go: ua-cam.com/play/PLNCyjj0dvC9ap6yHsxKFJpyTm_U8LAv4-.html&si=O7q103_ewChfODhp
as great as this concert is some of their older concerts are just as good except they are younger and technology wasnt quite where this is for sound. But Lunario, Foro Didi, Dakota and The Whiskey all have some great videos and songs they dont sing here. BUT I will mention that during the Pandemic the girls did a covid concert in their basement that is just too awesome, also Dany and Pau on their fan days sang some covers for us, here is Dany doing a cover of her idol Lzzy Hale/Halestorm: Break In ... just her her beautiful voice and her acoustic guitar ua-cam.com/video/Z448wF6E8mk/v-deo.htmlsi=gr2Lv-AW0e8F6lEc 🤘⚡
Disciple live at Teatro Metropolitan; Evolve; Error; Revenant; When I'm Alone; 23; Anymosity, Martirio...
