Great. Somebody actually finds and uses that walkup coffee shop. Seems a neat idea. Back in 2020-21, we had all sorts of nearby walkups. Cafes installed sliding windows to pickup orders whether made online or at the window. Here's what I'm wondering. Instead of "ice cap", what about cold brew with ice. Anyone who has had cold brew knows it is much smoother than espreso.
@@tshods Yes, I think it is a great idea for any coffee shop. I'm uncertain anybody would sell cold brew. I only know it because I buy bottles at stores.

I wish they had more of these! I don’t mind waiting outside. I’ll have to try the cold brew next time, I’ve never had one.
