@@Rojano100 Once they lost their win streak at MSI they started showing inconsistencies. They were doing well until the rumble stage, but once some losses started coming through the confidence and coordination dropped noticeably. They currently are a very momentum based team.

Also adaptation can happen for either team. T1 was able to adapt and G2 was not. I'm not saying G2 isn't a competitive team and there's still half a season to improve, but currently at MSI G2 fell short of the mark and imo it was at least in part because they started losing steam during the rumble stage when they began dropping some games.
As G2 fan, today was not their day. I am not mad, cause I didnt expect them to get at MSI at all, so semifinals are already a great success. T1 was just ahead in plays, calculated, sometimes G2 also was a bit unlucky, but overall not coordinated enough and overforcing things. Still, for a rebuild team they did great and I am looking forward for the summer split and hopefully worlds!
In sports the best team is the one that on average plays the best (aka against all teams) eg’s playstyle could make nrg a bit uncomfortable but doesn’t mean they’d play that well against g2 or T1

Now they fixed some of their problems they had in the Rumble Stage, that's why they look different. Teams scrim, then they use good enough picks to win in the early stages, then, they keep other picks for higher stages or they discover new picks the more they advance in a tournament and they can understand the meta.

Since nocturne is very unlikely to keep trying to ult Faker, it becomes more predictable where he's gonna path and go.

EG vs RNG = really hard fought close games with incredible teamfights from EG, but vastly more experience and better macro from RNG to still sweep. G2 vs T1...just three absolute STOMPS! LOL
First one RNG won wasn't competitive at all, RNG completely dominated EG. 2nd one, EG were behind in early game, but, 2 ganks and a teamfight EG outplayed RNG after RNG took the dragon, it made EG equalize the gold. After that, RNG had the gold lead and even though, EG won 2 teamfights, RNG were in the lead, while Wei going 1v3 or when Ming and GALA went 2v3 after RNG stole Baron, they were greedy and overconfident plays by RNG, when EG won mid game teamfights, they did nothing else, than delaying RNG from taking Dragon soul. RNG won a mid game teamfight, they took 3 turrets and 1 inhibitor, RNG caught Ornn in mid game, they took 2 more turrets and a 2nd inhibitor. EG had very good teamfights, but, they never were close to win. What you say, it makes it look like all RNG did it was macro, while they got very good teamfights, too and they were the initiators in most of them. There's something wrong with the format. With this format, we will never know who is better in a series. EG vs G2? G2 vs RNG? T1 vs EG? We will never know. All we can do is base the predictions on the games played (which is unreliable).
