Here is a short drive in my 1986 Dodge 600 Turbo 2.2L with 10k original miles. I bought this from the original owner and had it shipped to me from Syracuse, NY.
I almost bought an 85 Dodge 600; it was a convertible but I was talked out of it by some of my classmates. I ended up getting an 84 Plymouth Reliant a couple years later, and I still have it.
Yes it was common for Dodge to use similar equipment packages that appeared as a standard part of Chrysler equipment lineup of cars, but were optional high end packages for Dodge. In fact you could get a Dodge version of the Town & Country wagon under the Arise badge minus the turbo engine and pleather interior. The Dodge 600 was a similar situation where this took place.

Great car

I did just pick up an 87 Sundance coupe, 5spd, with 5k original documented miles if you're interested
Excellent! Congratulations on such an awesome original car!
They were very very dependable cars

How do you find such pristine examples like this one?
Original owner's son posted about it in a group on facebook

Is this not the same car as the lebaron?
In a roundabout way, yes
The Dodge version let's say, but a bit more than just a different badge
