You spoke of the Vegas housing market. My wife and I grew up in Ohio and retired in 2013. We bought a nice 1900 sqft modular home in Pahrump, NV on 2 acres fully fenced for $86000. In 2022 we sold it for $275,000. So we moved back to Ohio.
Pahrump is 60 west of Las Vegas
Wow! That’s a big return on that money. We’ve heard of that city but haven’t been there. We talk often about moving to Vegas. We missed the boom on the housing. Our house in MI would sell for almost double in Vegas lol

What is the correct play with the J-8? 12 over cards and 6 cards to pair the board that's 18 outs x 2 with 43 cards left. That doesn't include 3 Jacks with 10 or 8, any pair (roughly 6% chance although about 7% here because the 9s are all out of the deck), or making the straight. What I found is "Place a bet equal to your Ante bet if you have a hidden pair or better or the dealer has less than 21 outs to beat you." I assume that means 21 outs per card and not 21 outs between both cards.
That’s a play. We play 19 outs to be a little conservative. 🍀🍀

It's very depressing. Everyday in the news it's another stabbing, shooting, murder, drunk driving killing, random attacks on the street, racers killing some doing 110 mph. Bums hassling you for money in front of every store. Everything is costing more, car insurance, rent, mortgage... It's probably the same in every major city, but at least we got 24 drinking and gambling

Hello ! What is the rule when there are two pairs on the board.
You are just looking to have the highest card there.
I'm playing with an app and I really don't understand the logic when there are two pairs. It's downright anarchic. Sometimes I have the highest card, it says I lost, sometimes we're tied. Or times I won. I don't know how it will react. Is it the same at the casino?@VEGASACTION
@@Whattz6 should be exactly the same. If there’s two pairs then the high card wins. Sometimes it’s on the board so it’s a push

That should be a MISSDEAL when the dealer had the pair of aces ON THE BOARD When you said the coupon book is small and fits in your pocket that is the hand I am talking about and you 2 each had lower cards the deal and never put her 2 cards on the table😮😮😮😮😮
