IMO, there are good things & bad things here... Event storming are a workshop format to be held with business expert & software architect to help build a strategic design (as referenced in DDD), and the whole first part is quite decent in introducing that and the related concepts. However, I feel that the shortcut from strategic design to tactical patterns (also talking about microservices) is quite prematured: there is no mention of context mapping.
