What makes these guys so amazing is that they all had various roles at Disney and this was just a side talent for them! Love the way they each take their turn in the spotlight and clearly have so much fun playing together!
So good to see and hear these guys again....a blast from the past remembering them from Disneyland where I first heard the Dixieland Sound. I remember them on that old fire truck playing their heats out. Main Street-1955. I was eight years old and it hasn't gotten old like me. thanks!
These guys were Walt Disney artists who had some great musical talent. Among them: Frank Thomas absolutely killing the piano. Ward Kimball on trombone. Clarke Mallery on clarinet.
