hey cc team, is it too much to ask for there to be some quality control on the videos themselves and not just the plays? i mean i get that the play is good but the video is unwatchable due to extremely low bitrate and that big white glowing platform, shouldnt there be guidelines for videos submitted to cc? or at least a "hey we saw you submitted a video but we noticed a few problems with it that we will like to help you solve"?

I agree the low bitrate is not ideal but enforcing a bitrate minimum could make submission of videos less accessible for people with low end hardware.

hate to break it to you, but yes, there is tons of quality control, and yes this is 1080p. I had to re-record this like 4 times to make the cc editors happy lul.

Are we watching a 480P video? It's 2023, at least enforce UA-cam's own 1080P bitrate recommendations, so it's actually watchable on a 1080p monitor.

Some of the comments are actually just sad, this is 1080p and if it looks like 480 to you there’s something wrong with YOUR monitor. It doesn’t make the video “unwatchable,” stop looking for things to complain about, especially when there’s LITERALLY nothing to complain about, and enjoy the play

If only you knew how badly we have tried to work with him to get better resolution plays, this is what we were able to get out of it. Trust me when I say that we tried very hard and postponed plays but in the end this is what we got. Sorry for the watching experience being less than normal.
