Here's the most pertinent question. How long will it take Australia to understand Regenerative Agriculture & put that into a comprehensive package that treats the entire continent as a living system? Floods are a sign of very poor management as soil is an integral part of Nature's basic pattern to hold water where it fell. Water is still the base of life on Earth. Engineered solutions are expensive, especially when contrasted against the speed & efficacy of Regen's 5 basic tools. Before man arrived this continent was green, lush, forest, savannah & jungle but over-hunting, the firestick combo has reduced it to desert or near desert. That stream may be typical today but 50,000 years ago it was most likely a rill. Fed by homeless droplets.
