Ingredients and recipe:
3 egg whites.
Beat until fluffy.
150g sugar.
Beat until stiff peaks form.
Put something into the fridge.
60g flour.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
20 g corn starch.
75g soft butter.
70g sugar.
5 g vanilla sugar.
Beat until fluffy.
1 egg .
3 egg yolks.
30 ml milk.
1 teaspoon lemon peel.
Fold in 1/3 of the egg whites.
Baking tray d 20 cm.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Add the remaining beaten egg whites to one portion.
100 g almond flakes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool to room temperature.

Cover with cold water.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
120 g sour cream.
120 g natural yogurt.
50g powdered sugar.
Stir until smooth.
Melt the gelatine in the microwave or in steam.
If the yogurt mixture thickens a little or becomes uneven, warm it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
120 g whipped cream (33-36%)
Fold in the whipped cream
Spread 1/2 part of the mousse on top.
150 g frozen cherries
Spread the rest of the mousse on top.
Place in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Decorate with powdered sugar.
