You can study BCA in nepal but In abroad you will not get to study IT because without maths you willnot get NOC but I have applied for data analysis in canada and after one year you can change the subject.

I found there is more scope in IT enginering in USA .
It depends on your interests. Civil engineering also has scope, so if you believe that you can excel in this field, then you should pursue it. However, if you decide to switch from civil engineering to IT engineering, it's important to have relevant experience. Without it, convincing a visa officer may be very difficult.

i am also interested in pursuing cs in my undergrad and since there were not ecas related to cs in my highschool i am quite worried but except for that i have good profile with good ecas. Since I will be applying for cs i think i should be doing at least something related to cs if you could suggest anything which can be done.
Having Extracurricular Activities (ECAs) on your profile is beneficial, but it is not mandatory for admission or scholarship. The SAT is more important than ECAs, so we recommend focusing on that test. However, if you choose to participate in ECAs, you can choose any activity regardless of your field of interest. All activities count under ECAs.
