When these server cards show up in your window, they give you a choice of selecting from Folder A, B, or C. They then give you six cards from that folder in lieu of what you had on your menu already. The thing about it is this, though: you start at Level 1 on the server and have to level up in order to get to the better cards. And you level up by using a specific card from a specific folder when the server card is in a specific slot on the selection menu.
Kind of sad how this is the only way you can get to use the cards of the Satellite Admins.
