One of the big ways to gauge a team's coordination and discipline is how well they shut down Brightwing by blowing her up whenever she Is in. They have to deal enough damage to draw her tp, while still keeping enough mana and cooldowns to turn on her effectively

guys, stupid question but... What are these blue orbs found after killing minions?
34:42. Is this some hero that can pick them up or something?

The blue orbs are experience orbs left behind by minions when they die. They aren't color coded by team, so the only way you can tell if they belong to blue team or red team is whether the members of that team can pick them up or not.
When playing the game yourself, the experience orbs belonging to the enemy team will be gray instead of blue, but spectator/replay doesn't do that since there is no "enemy" team.
