You could see therefore straight after another assistant ran to the players’ celebration and told Jorgi to come back ASAP. Football is a mixture of passion and composure, and Albert has definitely brought the latter to the team.

It's nice to have a manager who loves the club and doesnit just sit there spectating, but is passionately watching the game on the touchline and giving out instructions as he analyses. Its not just a job for him.
