i still use my iPhone 5C. it's dualbooted with iOS 10.3.3 and iOS 7.0.4 and runs great on both iOS versions. i installed cydia and some other tweaks, then installed filza. i got the youtube app to work, same with some other games to make them think the app is the latest edition.
edit 8/19/2024: youtube app is somewhat broken, but everything else runs fine on iOS 10.3.3. iOS 7.0.4, not so much.

i think it's only suitable for making calls, can't play games, can't watch youtube, only work youtube wed, battery will drain fast if you use app, a lot of apps can't work on ios 10.3.3
