It was mentioned somewhere that they got rid of 'faction' specific rules as people would paint their armies in their favourite faction scheme, then would find their rules underwhelming or flat out worse than another factions and therefore feel bad (more so for other armies I reckon as Orks is da best! :D ) Therefore the detachments are a replacement of faction abilities, so the Ork one previewed could be the replacement for Goffs and toned down. Which, fingers crossed, means they could do something like the following for Badmoons/Freebooters: "Ranged weapons equipped by Orks models from your army have the [sustained hits 1] ability" Simple, but on a par. They could even do something like the following for Evil Suns: "Orks models from your army gain +2 to their move statistic" I doubt they'll go overboard and give something like advance and charge army wide without a drawback, especially as the army ability gives it for a turn, which sucks as an Ork player, but trying to be realistic rather than wish-listy. Really hoped we would keep re-roll charges though, that one stings a bit.
Welcome back 😊
