@Mohini S The dictionary meaning of culture is "the ideas, customs, and social behavior of a particular people or society", which vary from region to region within India and therefore I don't understand the meaning of Indian culture. Even within the region, customs can be different depending on the caste, region, and economic status. One may be allowed to do become a priest in a temple or not allowed into the temple depending on the caste s(he) born in. When I don't know what Indian culture is, how can we blame others for not following the so-called Indian culture. If you take food, the food in the Northern part of India is quite similar to that in Pakistan whereas food in the Eastern and Southern parts of India, does this mean they are not following Indian culture by eating a different kinds of food.

Bashani ji you are absolutely correct, this courier issue actually outcome of some hate clippings uploaded by some persons who seems to belongs a particular community and challenging to spread carona in India, the gist of these clippings as what I heard are for example spitting over fruits and vegetables by vendor, urine spreading over eatable, throwing stones and misbehaving carona warriors etc initially looking to carona spread people got afraidof dealing with a particular community. Initially govt authorities also not ever expected all this, later they have taken tough stand to deal this rumours, now govt issued strict directive in this connection, now if anyone found sharing or forwarding hate literature audio or video clippings against any other religion in any social media will be held responsible and kept behind baar and being prosecuted under IPC and IT act and now action also being taken by local authorities Viz actor Ezaj Khan recently kept behind baar, courier boy incident as you aware, notices sent to some whats up administrators now this nusense is completely stopped... Looking to this I am of the view this job of some miscreants..
