    Dear Kids: This is Westbrooks Athleticism, Kawhi's handsize, Kobe's mamba mentality, Zach Lavine's Vertical, Bird's IQ, and a lil influence from Magic with the no look passes.. with around a 50% FG% A steals leader, and a force of nature dominant in offense and defense. 잡상인채널 - no. The mainstream NBA and the style of today comes from Jordan. They didn't play like him before Jordan - the NBA was different. Jordan literally create today's sports licensing industry and today's NBA in terms of style of play is modeled after him. Too many young people didn't witness so you don't realize how much he affected the game and the world, especially on a business level.
      Before MJ, teams were built around big men. That's what separates what he did. He won championships against teams with big men who dominated from the paint when you could stand there all day and use physical force against players big and small. No other team could manage that. The Bulls were the first to win it all with a team built around dominant perimeter players without today's rules to make it easy. Even with today's conditions, nobody dominates like he did.
      Because of this success, David Stern changed the entire NBA to be modeled after Jordan's style of guards and SF winning championships - and making lots of more money.

      Pure Distance Golf I wouldn't go that far lol. Magic, Bird, Zeke, Stockton, Nash, CP3, Bron, Rondo and plenty more were leagues ahead of MJ passing wise. Those are tier 1 passers Jordan is basically a tier 2 passer. Great at times but not consistent enough to be tier 1m

    • @puredistancegolf
      @puredistancegolf 6 років тому +49

      I'm talking talent, quality of passes, not willingness to pass. You don't think he could have averaged 10-12 assists per game if he made it his goal? Easily.

    • @letmegetuhhh3959
      @letmegetuhhh3959 6 років тому +2

      Pure Distance Golf part of being a great passers willingness to pass and if he made passing his sole focus maybe he could but if LeBron magic or the other elite passers did they they could have gotten 15 a night. Jordan was a good passer not an elite one. Great passers have that first instinct to look for their guys and get them the rock, Jordan didn't have that and it's what made him the greatest scorer ever and not the best passer ever. If he forced himself to be a passer he wouldn't have been the goat, and he could rack up assists but assists aren't the meausre of a great passer anyway.

    • @johnyb9519
      @johnyb9519 6 років тому +22

      Lebron aint a great passer. He racks up assists through the drive and kick schtick but he wont pass the ball unless its for an assist, which is why his teams always have poor ball movement overall. The Magics' and the Stocktons were floor generalls.

All of the players you mentioned idolized MJ and copied him. If Jordan were to come up against them he would take his game to an even higher level which is the absolute truth. He wasn't a raw athlete. He was already insanely skilled from before he stepped a foot on an NBA court. He just developed his mid range better and got stronger to back in and post up more, but he had already had these things in his arsenal from the beginning. The way I like to see it is do you want your MJ to play SG/PG for your team or do you want older stronger MJ to play SG/SF for your team?

Played only 17 games in the 94-95 due to his return and the playoffs. In the first wizard year wich is the 2001-2002 season ( the most underrated Jordan's season ) he played if i remember correctly 47 games before the knee injury due to a crash with his teammate after a bucket.

      @@MikeyCreator It's all hypothetical, I agree Kobe wouldn't be "Cooked" based on what we've seen, but he is a level lower. But to be fair, it's also very difficult to say how good Kobe would be if he never learned off MJ. If Kobe was born int he 1960s and went into the league same time as MJ in the 80s, his game having not benefited from watching MJ's career play out would probably be drastically different and not for the better. Then if he was to face 1991 MJ at that time period not having studied him or know he will be the future goat, who knows... He could be blown out just like everyone else and be completely surprised by how great this guy is.
      When you compare Kobe, it's important to realize you're comparing someone who grew up watching and mirroring and studying the strengths and weaknesses of MJ. And even then, he falls short. If he never did any of that, what would a Kobe comparison be like? Probably way shorter...

He was so technically sound with his jab steps, pump fakes, head & shoulder fakes to create space to get his shot off or to drive to the lane, the man had every offensive move in his arsenal. They really are underrated, he was a very skilled passer, it's just that he also was always the number one option for scoring.

    I think Micheal, Scottie, and Dennis would beat Stephen, Klay, and Green in a 3 on 3 basketball game if you take religion aside...

    5:16 watch the opponents on the bench go OH MY GOD after Jordan finishes this play... All the ppl when they bring up comparisons, JUST WATCH ONE HIGHLIGHT VIDEO of Jordan an u will be reminded that NOBODY CAN TOUCH MJ, nobody can do any of this stuff Michael can do with the ball.. closest person was Kobe an he couldn't fly an finish everything like Jordan did.. if u see an up an under play in today's league ITS OH MY GOD, GREATEST PLAY OF THE SEASON, TOP TEN FOR THE YEAR. But Jordan did that shit every game, multiple times a game sometimes.. the generation today DOESNT KNOW THAT.. they see a good play and say SEE LEBRON IS THE BEST BLAH BLAH BLAH.. jus pull up one Jordan video, an ur like "oh shit, I forgot Jordan did this on the regular" hahaha he is just the best.. the simple statement of "nobody can do the stuff Jordan can do with the basketball" that sentence alone answers who is the best ever... If u can't do something that someone else can do easily and often.. that means they are better than u lol if u can do everything that another guy can do on the court (like MJ can do everything kebron can do, everything Kobe can do etc etc) that means they aren't better than u cuz u can do everything they can...it is very simple an ppl forget this,, mj can do everything anyone can do on the basketball court.. but nobody could do EVERYTHING Michael could do on the basketball court...that answers your question,, u don't go well LeBron passes a lil more, or gets a little more rebounds.. SO WHAT, HE IS A FORWARD, AN BIGGER,AN EVERY HAND PICKED STACKED TEAM LEBRON USAGE RATE IS IN THE 80-90% ofcourse he will average another assist or two, mj usage rate was in 40-50% ,, and don't get me started with how today's NBA doesn't play defense hahaha every team even the shit teams average over 100 a game an good teams average over 110 a game.. in the 80s & 90s if u scored over a 100 u killed it that night, the good teams only allowed 80some pts a game, an scored mid to high ,90s a game.. it is very easy to see how MJ stats are a lot better than LeBron's hahaha but ppl that are either kids, or don't know basketball still TRY TO PUT LEBRON IN TOP 5 hahahahah

      Ahhh, you peeped that. A lot of people think these moves are new, created today. The media just didn't focus on the move too much and give it a name. Neither did they do that with Isaiah Thomas' crossover and it was as smooth as anyone's ever was.

      ashtonjackfanny thing about Jordan, he wasn't trying to show off his handles, he just made one dribble move and explode toward the basket. Saved the majority of his energy for the finish at the rim

    Prime 88-93 Jordan in 2019-2020, would average 45 points per game, theres no comparison between the defense teams played then and now. Look at what Bradley Beal does and he’s not remotely close to half as talented.

    Every move came within 2-3 dribbles before he got a shot off.. that’s amazing. No wasted time, no wasted energy.. very precise. Watch again and you can see a cadence to the way he attacks. His footwork and balance is key. He’s the most fundamentally-sound player I’ve ever seen. He’s the best player I’ve ever seen. Study the Master
