The reality is unless you are a Nuggets fan, Denver will never be looked on the same level as the Celtics and Lakers. Denver loses in the playoffs, the fans and media will not care. Jokic made a comment that he rather beat home with horses than playing playoff basketball.
I have not seen too many channels hour up the Celtics unless it is a Celtics channel.

People saying that the nuggets struggling with the lakers makes them look weak. Bro, that lakers team would have made the conference finals if they didnt meet denver in the first round. I would go as far as to say that that lakers team had the potential to take the twolves to 7, even though they would have lost. And nuggets beat them in 5.

Lakers did give the Nuggets problems. It is not like Denver was blowing LA by 30, and Denver’s starters were sitting out the 4th quarter. Do you think Denver wants mess around have to constantly come from behind 29 points to win games home and away?
the wolves barely made any roster changes from last year and we have seen the nuggets beating them 4 to 1. However, this year the wolves got better because they stuck with each other and grew from that.
2022-2023 wolves vs nuggets are 2-2 in regular season
2023-2024 they are also 2-2
i dont understand the notion that the wolves are gonna just strangle the nuggets like its a 4-1 / 4-2 wolves series.
The series will be very tough dont get me wrong but to assume that the wolves have the nugget's number is such a ridiculous take. I do think nuggets bench got worse and the wolves can take advantage in that situation but I think the lakers series showed that the bench has improved a bit not giving up more of a lead and holding it down defensively. That series was just the starters not shooting well and giving up points. Lazy, no effort first half then leading the 2nd half catchup. The nuggets got a wake up call and they can not keep relying on waking up in the 3rd and 4th quarter to win games. Mike Malone will make proper adjustments for that not to happen again. The players also realize they gotta step up too.
This series can potentially go game 6/game 7 but i go in the favor of the nuggets
You failed to mention at any point that Jaden McDaniels and Naz Reid were injured in the playoffs last year. McDaniels is likely making an all NBA defensive team this year and Naz just won 6MOY.
