Girl, I didn't see you trying Martabak. Do I missed it or something? You gotta try that. You still can try it in Jakarta or Bandung if that's your route (with Whooz train). The dish called Martabak, there is two of them. There is the egg one, and the other is the sweet one. The egg Martabak is like fried tortilla with beef, vegetables, and stuff. Very tasty. The sweet Martabak is basically a super glorious pancake. You can find it with the name "Terang Bulan" (Moonlight in English) This one is what I recommended. Its our national treasure. A human should try this sweet piece in their life time at least once.
