Beautiful house. My advise to all Uk property buyers is to buy a home after two to 3 years when you will get 30-50% lower prices as mortgage prices have more than tripled and there will be many house owners who cannot afford to pay their mortgage and these people will go bankrupt which will result in a market crash. Same advice for usa and canada buyers. good luck.
and one more advice don't buy the house with make up if u understand only buy if u r definite that u live there for another 10 years otherwise you are decreasing ur circle of choices and if u r desperate to buy then buy small property which when u want to move will rent out easily but still hassle so don't chain urself in interests and u will fly free😊

The house I liked color scheme becoz blue is my favorite color but in USA we have lots of storage places closets even in small apartments but houses are huge anyway Uk lifestyle is totally different from USA 🇺🇸

The attic room's ceiling is a big no. Who would want to sleep there. It feels like falling on head. Pakistani people who have lived in big houses will have difficulty with box rooms :p
New homes are made from cheap material, really bad quality. These developments do not offer good size gardens. You get very little land for the price you pay. It is better to buy an older house, spend some money to upgrade it using the fixtures and fittings of your liking and you get much bigger land.
Please cater to other nationalities such as Indians Bangladeshi so that your viewership is larger. Don't be pakistan specific. Friendly advice

Last month I bought a 140k gbp home for my daughter in uk near Bradford..as I live in hong kong uk semi detached house is huge for us 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom with a huge garden ...if same size I buy in hong kong in a village it cost me atleast 2 million British pounds 😢
140k is a cheap price. And hong kong is more expensive than uk.

Gol gappay (also known as pani puri or puchka) banana ka tareeqa bohot asaan hai! Yeh traditional street food hai, aur isko ghar par banane mein maza aata hai. Yahan ek basic recipe hai:
**Samosay ki Puriyon ki Tayyari:**
1. **Aata (flour) ki tayyari:** Aik bartan mein gehoon ka aata, namak, aur thora sa tel daal kar gundh len. Aata sakht hona chahiye.
2. **Purion ki banaai:** Is aatay se chhotay chhotay gol puriyan bana len. Har puri ko ek jaisi size ka banayein taake barabar pak jayein.
**Pani ki Tayyari:**
1. **Pani (water):** Thanda pani lekar usmein namak, kala namak, imli ka guda (tamarind pulp), podina (mint leaves) ka paste, aur kala zeera daal kar achhe se mix karen. Thora sa teekha hona chahiye.
2. **Meetha Pani (sweet water):** Kuch log gol gappay meethay pani mein bhi serve karte hain. Iske liye ek alag bartan mein pani lekar usmein imli ka guda, kala namak, cheeni, aur thora sa zeera daal kar achhe se mix karen.
**Filling ki Tayyari:**
1. **Aloo (potatoes) ki filling:** Aloo ubal kar mash kar len, usmein namak, lal mirch powder, aur thora sa dhaniya powder mila kar mix karen.
2. **Chana (chickpeas) ki filling:** Chane ko ubal kar namak, lal mirch, aur thora sa amchoor powder mila kar achhe se mix karen.
**Gol Gappay Banane ka Tarika:**
1. **Purion mein hole karen:** Har puri ko dhimi aanch par garam tel mein fry karen. Jab puriyan thodi brown ho jayein, unko nikal kar thanda hone dein. Jab thandi ho jayein, har puri mein chhota sa hole banayen.
2. **Fillings daalen:** Har puri mein aloo ya chana filling daalen.
3. **Pani dalen:** Ab puri ko ek plate mein rakh kar usmein thanda pani daalen.
4. **Serve karen:** Gol gappay ko meetha pani aur teekha pani ke saath serve karen. Kuch log aam chutney bhi serve karte hain.
Mazedar gol gappay tayyar hain! Enjoy karen!
