How does she think she can just pick up his personal belongings and walk off with them. She is so up herself with her police powers, she thinks she can do anything she wants.
What a horrible vile public servant who’s abusing their authority, they servants should be named and shamed and punished and their communities and neighbours should be aware of these tyrants.
Absolutely fucking incredible that the police will demand your ID for any or no reason whatsoever but they don't want you looking at/reading their legally required ones, huh?
Not all trespasses are civil it depends civil trespass I agree isn't enforced by the police and can't enforce it but there is also aggravated trespass which is criminal and therefore the police have the power and can enforce it but I agree civil trespass isn't enforced nor do the police have any authority over that
Hey blondie, have you witnessed any of what you're accusing?. Taking the word of others is just hearsay, & why don't you take the word of the camera guy?. Either quote the actual law or shut up, you're required to know the laws that you're enforcing.

Agreed. What’s the point in auditing if you get bullied off. Get arrested for a non existent dispersal order and take the money from the compensation and views.
That 'officer' is SO BAD. She is rude, aggressive, unprofessional, and worst of all, she is DANGEROUSLY ignorant about basic Laws. She tells the man he 'has to' provide ID, which is patently untrue. She says she is "not going to play that game" when the man asks questions and clarifies what the actual LAW is - that is not a "game", it is stating ones rights. She also takes the 'hearsay' of the report as being factual, doing NO investigation, and just taking the word of one person against another. She would be destroyed in court by a Barrister.
Don't play this game why you getting mouthy I think she needs needs education on how to speak to members of the public no laws were broken another waste of taxpayers money.
The minute she said you have been abusive to staff and then the guy said that you were very aggressive to him then you should have told the bizzy to take a written statement from him. And then stop all Conversation until your possible arrest. And then when it got to court you would have had a very good time in court with all of your video evidence.
Before that happened, someone with actual knowledge of the law would have dropped the case and accepted a settlement for the cameraman. Plod would get an education on section 35.

Another untrained DEI schoolgirl with no idea what she's doing other than trying to intimidate the public. Shameful recruiting and training. She has been told to 'do something', but without any law to back her up - the purpose of which omission is to ensure she intimidates the public, nothing else. Clearly, she had not the wit to check the law for herself, or if she has done so and ignores it, she is a dangerous careerist coward. BTW, at 4:30 she commits an unjustified threat of arrest, which is an assault under British law which she can AND SHOULD be sued for personally.
