Nice Review. I have been using this router for 2 weeks now and I opted to purchase a 4x4 MIMO Antenna for better signal reception. At first, LTE bands keep switching, so I browsed the forums to check for improvements. I found a beta firmware which I can choose bands. Turns out pretty well as of now, I’m using a Smart 4G/LTE SIM card, lean hours speed: 35-70mbs/peak hours speed: 15-30 mbps. Hope this helps for those who are rooting to purchase this router. Thank you!

hello, if you will be getting atleast 2mbps to 5mbps internet speed in your area then it is sufficient. Try to speedtest in your mobile phone first.
What is its cost in Phillipines, and what is range of wifi in open air. Please say bro.

This is around 3100 in Peso, I would say 30 to 50 meters for open air.

Hello, the router can be connected either lan cable or wifi, as for the sim card compatibility the one that I unbox is an openline and can accept any sim cards as per testing.

Would this router be good enough for cctv as I want to use my sim card for internet.
it is sufficient as long as you get a good signal with your local network operators, I am using it here in the Philippines as my cctv gateway

Which one will be better mr100 or mr6400 ?
I believe it's MR100, if the decision point is the price, however the difference I am seeing is in the available lan ports. MR100 = 2 Lan Ports while MR6400 = 4 Lan Ports. If you don't need the additional ports then MR100 is sufficient.

I have tried using the smart home wifi for my sim but seem to have slowed down. I wonder if this is the same for tp link.

Hello gagana po yun sim pero hindi po gagana yun promo ng famload, dun lang po gagana yun famload sa mismong pldt home prepaid wifi router. Ibig sabihin pag nilagay mo yun pldt sim kahit may load, mawalan po ng internet pag nilipat ng router need pa i-register sa regular prepaid promo.
