Mine turned on only once. And had no heating effect. Now it doesn't turn on at all.
Very disappointing.

Is it normal to take time to turn on? Mine has to be plugged in for 10 min before it can be used, seems odd

@@eliciaosborne5254 I bought mine from a store called Belk. After mine stopped working I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I think this is a common problem based on these comments

It will start on its own but I haven’t checked again to see if it is working still
