It actually happened to me personally end of last year, and I live in Boston, US (surprise! ) my landlord decided to sell his house and asked me to move out immediately despite the eviction moratorium placed during COVID in US. The funny part is that in the end, I moved out, bought my own property before the real estate went crazy, and it has appreciated a lot since then. Now I am considering sending him a thank you note. LOL

雖說各地民情不同但房東憑什麼理直氣壯？還有劇中女主角不敢得罪房東只好盡量配合也是原因之一
是啊，亂搞一通。是沒看過這種房東，通常都是租客搬走，房子清空後才開始帶客人看房。租客還在時就看房真的很不尊重。
