About INTJ's not being "Caring" I have to disagree strongly. (I'm INTJ) That's the most interesting part of an INTJ villain, he cares, more than he lets out and more than the others can see. Fi is really strong, but people tend to forget that part when creating INTJ villains. INTJs just appears to be cold hearted, they are seen like this because they always will decide on what's the best logical way. And that can be taken to extreme cases if you want, discarding even his own feelings. (But still suffering from it) But if you are or you live with an INTJ you'll see that they are super caring for others, mainly (and mostly exclusive) his closest friends and family.
I would agree in that INTJs are indeed caring if they sit down and think about it, but they realize that caring equals time dedication and they're not going to spend their time in a soup kitchen when they can subsume all that caring into their long term goals. Its also easy for them to rationalize "oh I don't care about THIS" because they're working on "THAT" or even to make a decision like "I'm going to eat meat because it tastes good, yum yum." or make snap decisions on trolley problems.
@@seanhart4251 But INTJ always "sit and think" about everything. We do know it takes time and effort but if we do care, so be it, we'll go through the effort for the ones we love lol
@@gabrielbezerra8261 Yes. INTJS will bend over backwards and support their loved ones very much. But it takes time to vette people to be friends and most people fail the test. INTJs do not get warm fuzzies from helping out humanity in general, which is why you don't see them in soup kitchens. It occurs to them that if they took over the world, they could solve more problems than slapping bandages on them. However, it's more probable that the slapping bandages approach does more good in the long run.
She literally said that. But I think she also meant that typical INTJ villains don’t let it show as much as they need. With Silco for example he doesn’t appear very caring at first sight but there are scenes where he shows care towards Jinx and his people. And I think the absence of those scenes with some INTJ villains is the reason why they feel boring. Duh, INTJs care like every other type. They do care in their own way but it would be nice to see that way you know
I love this discussion thread so much. Also I never said they weren't caring. But there's this thing - there's a principle of 'show don't tell' that is applied to almost every storytelling medium. What I meant is to show INTJ villain having all of those moments where they clearly care
The point about making INTJs slightly people smart cannot be over-emphasized. Those kinds of INTJ villains are incredible. Two that come to mind are Gus Fring from Breaking Bad and who can forget Hannibal Lecter.
My favorite INTJ villain is grand admiral Tharwn from Star Wars. I disagree with INTJ stereotype that we don’t feel (I am one myself) most of the time I do pick the most logical answer and choice which does make it sound like I am void of emotion. We usually have a few friends that we care for greatly and keep them close. My group would be INFP INFJ ISTP ESTP and another INFJ. All of those people I would definitely help at my expense.
Damn! I watched Puss in boots recently and I immediately knew I had to check PDB. And yeah the thing that people are typing Death as an INTJ felt a little off. Now I know why
This new set up and lighting look so much better. Also, those tips weren't that obvious I've actually never heard of those. It always felt like INTJ villains were becoming somewhat boring but I couln't put my finger on what it was that was causing it. I guess it takes a writer with 10+ years of xp to notice those things. I would like to hear more about your experience as a writer/comic book artist. It's a shame that Supervillain's Personal Assistant is on hiatus

Hey Mary it seems like you are an INTJ HEHEHEHEHEHEH I think the best charcter that betrays the INTJ it would be thanos He sees something others can't see and what he beliefs in is what drives his plan and his actions, also he did love gamora so much that when he did sacrifice her he did cry and this shows how much he cares and loves her you see I am an INTJ too and i see how this all makes sense for me, which means I can realte to that very muc
I created a INTJ protagonist that.... Is a detective because the plot i created is very fit for her to have that job! Basically theres a terrorist group that she was trusted upon toguether with her detective ENFP childhood friend, and her motivation for behing a detective is to asure no one is punished wrongly if accused, because she would be the one to get the evidence for the crime, assuring that the truth could be revealed, how would i put her in a difrent job!? If you have any idea please tell me
A male INTJ and female ENTJ couple would be very interesting.

I think INTJ heroes are more fun and harder to write. The best examples I can think of are Kerr Avon from Blakes Seven and Kei Kurono from Gantz.

Thank you so much! I am very glad that I am helping you with my videos
Sure INTJ villains are cool, but what about INTJ heroes (or protagonists since the term hero is too much of a narrow term for them)
I made a video on INTJ characters (not just villains) about a year ago. It still has a lot of relevant into in it, give it a watch :D
Can you make an infj version of this ?
Right on it!

I don't think I would write anything anytime soon but your videos are entertaining
I'll join your Discord, Mary! I'm not afraid!

How u breath while talking?
i think Death is an INTP. No INTJ would play with their food this much except if it was for revenge.
Lmao
This made literally 0 sense.
Tf..
clicked on the video because it was in my recommended, no idea what shes talking about in the slightest
Lmao. UA-cam is weird today ig
Yay
Am a intj =D
I trama dump on all of my characters as a venting system. The biggest bad guy is a intj
