It’s all good my first paint job I had a Proline 1966 Chevy body but I on,y used the cap it was supposed to be one color but came out a completely different color but was awesome & looked awesome well I used paint that was said to be for plastic but it started peeling & cracking & now looks beat up but it’s a crawler. It only took that one mistake & I only use Tamiya paint now & have no issues I’m getting ready to paint 3 bodies a Proline Cliffhanger cab to replace the messed up Chevy cab😂 & Proline SCX24 LCG body & last a the new body a Element knight runner or rider not sure but it’s the new version with top lights scoop on hood etc. Matter of fact this is a good reminder I’ve gotta finish cutting them out the worst part. Painting is the fun part.👍It’s never a mistake when you learn from it.

I painted a proline flotek body for my traxxas slash and all the colors went really well except for the florescent orange which chipped off.
🫠🫠 yea the paint chipping can be a real bummer ! I haven’t found the solution for that yet - it always happens to me too !
