- this whole process was so terrible and i am really disappointed with how everything went down. i spent 2 days straight at my computer and had to go through so many glitches and errors and getting kicked out of the queue and everything. i was lucky enough to secure upper bowl tickets for the first show in AZ and one of the shows in LA. i am so so thankful that i was able to be one of the few that could even get tickets at all.
it is so devastating to hear that so many real dedicated fans couldn’t get tickets because of ticketmaster’s mistakes and greed. the scalpers and resellers are making it impossible for fans to get tickets for a reasonable price. it really ruined the excitement of this process and made a lot of fans feel defeated and unseen. i am truly sorry if you weren’t able to get tickets and i really hope that taylor is able to fix this and get tickets into the hands of her real fans.
i hope that with time, this gets figured out & there is still a chance to make things right.

I literally live 20 minutes away from the Arizona venue and I could NOT get a ticket. 😭 Two days and 12 hours for nothing. But I do feel that Taylor's fans have supported her in changing the music industry in supporting her re-recording, I sure hope she supports her fans in changing how we can buy her tickets. I'm a soldier who's returning half her weight.

I really agree about the Spotify statement! As an international Swiftie about to enter this Great War, if the fan verification process was as simple as linking your Spotify, I would be confident I could get tickets since my 2022 wrap-up said I was amongst the top 0.5% listener in the UK for 2022. But given that anyone can sign up to be registered as a verified fan, I am not optimistic.

I felt so lucky to get 3 tickets in Seattle 😭 it was such chaos i grabbed the first 3 seats I saw in my budget and ended up getting club seats! My first time ever seeing Taylor!!
I literally got on while I was at work and I was on from 8 am EST to 4 pm when I finally got my tickets to AZ! I actually thought it refreshed and I lost them, and then I got a confirmation email saying they were in my acc??? I don’t know what wizardry happened to me but I’m just so thankful I got them, and they were lower bowl at a slightly reasonable price :’)

I am glad you got tickets! I got my ticket for the Tampa show! It took me about 3 hours to get them and multiple attempts to get tickets, check out, having to repeat the steps. Getting told my code was invalid, repeating the process…and finally getting to pay for my ticket!

I still can’t believe I got floor seats for 250 in Glendale but I fucking hate how high the prices got just an hour later (dynamic pricing 🤢) and how not everyone could get the same prices. I tried with Capital One on 5 different venue in all timezones, 3 times I was early in the queue and got to pick tickets but it kept giving me errors. It was terrible and I got no ticket even when I was willing to pay a lot and buy flights to go anywhere

As someone who has never been to an event of that size, i‘m just wondering why people buy so many tickets at once, like wouldn‘t it be easier to buy single seats? And why so many different shows? i was buying tickets for me & my friends so i had to make sure we had 6 seats together. i’ve always wanted to see an opening show after so many years of being a fan so that’s why i wanted to go to 2 shows. it was a frustrating process. im thankful for my tickets and so sad for people who weren’t able to get them :’(
There isn’t much to be confused about though, ticket master did a really BAD job at presale. They gave out too many presale codes and when everyone tried to redeem them, the seats went faster than the amount they had. It was always going to be a lottery system as to who gets to go and who doesn’t, but the way they handled it made it feel so much more unfair than it actually was….. I was reading on Reddit that people without presale codes were able to get tickets 😮 what is the point in having presale then 🙄 I don’t know how TM is ever going to recover from this but it will be interesting to see how they spin the blame 🙄

I’m a Super-fan like obsessed like she’s the only artist I listed to and my mom was on the Cincinnati show for regular presale and capital 1 waited im the queue 3 times for the Cincinnati on the first day and didn’t get any then on capital one she was literally buying them and they were 1700 dollars but her capital one card had a max of 1500 so couldn’t buy them then we got on for both Chicago shoes when they opened and she got in but Ticketmaster didn’t tell her so she didn’t get tickets and I was literally crying after for several hours then cried even more when they canceled public sales
Edit: my dad also got presale for capital one and regular pre sale (my parents are split) and he was on the phone with Ticketmaster for 3 hours cause it said his code didn’t even exist
I was going for Gillette verified fan presale and I waited in the queue for 2.5 hours , when I got in becuase i needed 6 tickets my only option was VIP $450 seTs with a $120 fee each but we had to jump on it and do it before they were gone: they said to use a laptop but I was on a phone and I swear it was easier than this seemed for everyone else

How is it fair for one person to get tickets to multiple shows, when so many fans can’t even get em for one...
Well, with all the demand it would be impossible for every single swiftie to see her. The amount of touring she would have to do, like was mentioned, would be something like a show every night for two yrs. It’s unfortunately luck of the draw, when it comes down to it. It just felt wrong because TM couldn’t do what they said they could do, nor could they even do the job they were supposed to do. It’s not fair but it’s also just the way life goes…..

In my opinion, you need to ORGANIZE flash mobs 4 hours before the concert starts, and get in line like you have a ticket, and get out of the line when you get to the ticket takers,thus the concert starts later or gets cancelled!!!!

I’m from Peru and I completely sympathize with the people who had gotten tickets for Brazil, in fact I very well could’ve been one of them, and I know exactly what you mean that US swifties act like getting tickets to a concert is their human right, when it absolutely isn’t, and they should feel lucky to have much better access to Taylor and her performances.
That said, i would never laugh at other fans not getting tickets in general. I do agree that it was annoying to hear so many fans acting like they’d been brutalized somehow. I got 6 tickets, I was so shocked! It happened during school. My friends and I were freaking out during the whole process screaming because ticket master kept crashing, but then somehow i managed to get them and everyone in the class started clapping LMFAOO. It was the most intense moment of my life😭

One thing I think a lot of people overlooked was the fact we were only allowed 10 minutes to get in, get tickets and then out. Leaving essentially NO TIME to really view and pick perfect seats.

I am watching this now. My presale is on Wednesday the day of the so called “last show”. I didn’t get tickets for Cincinnati, Detroit, or Chicago so I actually started crying when I found out she decided to add more shoes and have one in Indianapolis which is where I live! I could only find nosebleeds for like $230 and even those wouldn’t go through, I gave up on a budget to see if I could even get anything into my cart and the closest I got was an error message saying it couldn’t complete the purchase on my device 😔
