It sounds more like Billzo if you think about it- Billzo has a thicker Cockney(London) accent, and this song was sung by an Australian, and a Cockney accent is the closest to an Australian. i'm not sure exactly what accent Tubbo has, but its not a thick accent like Billzo. (I'm sorry if this seems rude, its just why I think it sounds more like Billzo)
