Im saying this respectfully bro, I think you need to expand what you watch. The characters you described are basically all shounen protagonists. I would say the overwhelming majority of action anime geared toward adults have intelligent badass and highly capable protagonists. Basically anything under the seinen genre would be something you’d enjoy. Berserk, ghost in the shell, cowboy bebop, Vinland saga, Hellsing ultimate. Etc

btw there was no clone jutsu the second dude was on the bag he was hiding inside the bag and thats why the dude has another set of arms because of the dude on the auza eats bag
As far as the scene where he was referencing to the duck, I think that was comical relief. I didn't understand that too. At first when I watched it again in that scene I noticed that the restaurant poster had like a advertisement for a duck dish and I think that's what he was referencing 😂🤣
Ninja kamui is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and STUNNINGLY AMAZING With Spectacular action scenes that is 2Fast 2Furious and breathless Way much better than the so called disney comedians and marvel cinematic clowns of Hollywood
Can't wait for episode 3 those men and cooking in the studio and boy Okazaki, Takashi really had fire on his arm when drawing these character design. And also that ninja durability is crazy 😭 had to burn bro just to off him
