I understand love. That's probably what I would have thought months ago. He left after I gave up so much just to see those blue eyes light up while he probably didnt even remember the color of mine. Sleep well, nourish yourself with good foods, put positive thoughts in your mind...stay away from negative influences. Set good boundaries. Write yourself a love letter. See all the good and the worthy... and when the time comes, you will only attract those who are on the same path. You will be able to be healthy partners, encouraging the best...and if it’s not to be, you’ll see it sooner and take it less personally..the more you love yourself. As you will know it’s not due to you being unloveable or unworthy...but because it wasn’t the best for either of you 🌷

Alone and lonely are two VERY different things. I have felt excruciatingly lonely while in a crowd...and in a relationship, at times. Being WITH someone does not mean that we won’t be lonely...not at all. If we feel connected, loneliness is not there. Disconnect causes massive loneliness.
Alone does not mean we will feel lonely either...that is mostly influenced by thoughts etc.
I have felt very happy and ok while alone.
I do like to be around the right people, ones who I feel free to be myself and am truly seen and understood by..otherwise, it is loneliness provoking.
U 571 and it’s not selfish to learn to love oneself...it’s a gift of healing and learning to be stable for another person..so when you have the opportunity to love another person, you do it better, more fully.
So self love, the healthy kind, allows for better love for others 🌸

I ended things with this girl 2 days ago. I loved her, so much and I still do ofcourse but, I have to realize that it’s over, and we’re not getting back together and she’s gonna be happy with someone else. Accepting that is hard, and every time I’m alone listening to music or just not distracted, I start thinking about her. And I cry and cry because I know that it’s over. And it hurts so much, how can something so precious and something you truly care about can end just like that? You go from talking every day to not talking at all. You just become strangers again... and it’s the most painful thing to do that.

I've loved someone for 3yrs & a while ago I realized that she was with me because I cared for her, always respected her priorities and didn't revolted against even the wrong things she did to me. Basically I treated her better than any of her Ex-boyfriends. That's the only reason she's with me. And the saddest part is that she still loves her Ex.
& She's keeping me because I always support her mentally & emotionally which her Ex didn't do, & she's afraid that if she leaves me she might not get another guy who would take care of her as I do.

I have no idea why, but this video made me so happy for some reason. I constantly affirm myself that it's okay to for me to feel the way that I feel.
