      It’s funny because I see some goofy dressed MFers in Nashville getting some FINE looking women. They got the YMCA cop mustache, pink shorts, don’t have any muscle, just overall kinda effeminate. A lot of women are into that from what I see. It all depends on the audience. Nashville is pretty liberal so yeah, of course they’re gonna like dudes who wear fairy wings and probably has never lifted a weight in their life. But still, when you see the girls they get, it makes you kinda bitter to be honest.

    This is how the government operates here in Canada “we know many Canadians are tired of paying high taxes, therefore we are introducing a new tax that will reduce your taxes by receiving some of those tax dollars back in the form of a rebate after you file your taxes, each Canadian who qualifies with an income under 30,000 per household will receive an additional $13 dollars quarterly! Rent is extremely expensive in my state. I got sick of being sodomized by landlords. Bought an RV. Keep it clean inside and out. Now live like a vagabond. Started playing pool all around town. Keep the party going at my house parked near the bar. Having more sex, fun, new friends and experiences this year than last 10 put together. Had to let some possessions go. It’s not always easy. Society doesn’t like to see me living well so cheaply. Talk to police a lot. Am courteous and know every one of my rights and the law. Not the life for everyone but I’m thriving in this environment. Why? Other than the welfare system, the people that should pay taxes should be people that receive benefits from government services. That includes titles to land, rights of way, patents , road use, airports etc. I would also add the financial sector that receive the inflation benefit that taxes us indirectly needs to cough up more money. There should also be import and export tax duties that benefit from the military since again they use it as a service.
      There used to be a concept known as economic rents back in 19th century economics which basically meant free money for individuals linked to the ruling authority. Gee, I wonder why we never talk about that anymore?

    I'm 44 and in a but of a dating slump mostly due to taking 6 months off so I'm out of practice. I've also been spending too much time alone which made me kind of weird. However, I did a lot of dating last year and by every metric it was my best year with women ever. No fatties, no single moms, ages 26 to 40. Obviously I didn't end up in a LTR but I wasn't really looking for one so I don't see that as a negative. Be in shape, have a good hair cut, grow a beard if you have a weird chin or face, upgrade your style and try to form or join a social circle. Basically just be attractive, don't be unattractive and be social. I live in downtown Cincinnati. I do well financially but not rich. I'm 5'10". Don't give up guys, just be a better version of you and have good energy (be positive and fun).

      Exactly, it is not hard to meet women as a guy if you keep in decent shape, are upbeat and know how to talk to and engage with women. I see way too many guys that think everything is about looks or 6 figure salary and they are completely psyching themselves out of the game. That said, it’s going to be pretty hard to find a woman I’m compatible with where I can make it last long term. In my area it’s hard to meet somewhat attractive, sane and childless women in their 30s.

I work in a profession where, going into it, everyone will say you have to love it and it’s so rewarding and that just meant it burns you out, saps your empathy and they use guilt to make you work as hard as they tell you. The further from cities you go, the less education you have. The less education women have, the more controllable they are. These are not good things. More community occurs in cities than in country towns, so getting out of cities isn't going to let you find anything better. The community we can receive in a city causes us to see other people and their plights more often, so we are more prone to be empathetic to a "gay uncle" in the city than the deep south. Cities are better than the country, where bad information continues to not be put down because there are not enough neighbors who are educated enough to know.

If a guy is above average looking, has a solid job and competent social skills - he still has plenty of time to find someone to settle down with if that’s what he wants. In fact, if he is childless and never been married before it’s even better for him as no baggage . Now if the guy is overweight and rarely goes out and doesn’t know how to talk to women then yeah he’s in a real tough spot.

That said, I talk to enough men in their 40s that are married with kids and many don’t seem to be that happy. Some are breaking their back just to keep their marriage afloat. Then you have the middle aged guys that are twice divorced with kids and their ex has turned their kids against him and other nightmare scenarios. Hoe needs to grateful he’s not in that position! Not being married and having no kids definitely has advantages yet at the same time I’m not sure if I want to live out the rest of my life like this. Complete opposite actually; you should take pride in that as a man. Start dealing with your depression now though. That's way more important than dating and finding a girl. Start exercising, learn to recognize the negative thoughts, start replacing them with positive ones and throw away the doubt. It's useless and gets you nowhere. When you're feeling better, start going to community events or find a club centered around your interests, or just start going to coffee shops, anywhere you can become a "regular" without a lot of investment. 4:56 why do we do this? My current situation is I live with my parents, but I’m also under 23 and my thinking is if you cannot afford to go out every weekend like if your return whenever you get paid is lower than what you expand why would you take on an additional expense?
    Like what say I made $300 and my groceries were $200 technically I’m making $100 and I prefer to get into at least a 50-50 ratio where I make equal parts what is expended since I live with my parents, most favorable is 20 to 80 do you know what I don’t think I wanna do with an extra 80% well I don’t have a house car or place to live (get a girlfriend) and people at my job. My parents are always asking me like hey why don’t you consider this girl why don’t you consider that girl and I’ve never really given them a straight answer but basically it’s like an expensive subscription service where you may or may not get what you want for your own mental health and by extension, what will eventually become your physical health avoid doing this like this girl flirted with me at Kroger today we were the same age and I was buying food because my family is going out of town and I have to feed myself and cook and the conversation did progress and I think if I stayed for five extra minutes I could’ve gotten her socials but perspective is needed. Just take a step back and ask yourself what will happen to this relationship in 3 months? Or even 6 months if you can see it getting past three how do you say ending? Because every time I think about this and this girl was cute too she had like dark chocolate skin, beautiful, big brown eyes curly long hair full lips and even in uniform I can tell she had a good figure and as easy as this was…. I just did not see a future. Every trail ran cold. I haven’t even finished listening to the rest of this comment, but telling me you have a failed business you’re living with your parents and you’re trying to find love just makes you sound intolerable from a female perspective and I’m male like whatever I consider that I look at two things
    What direction can I take this relationship is that direction healthy?
    If I were a woman, would I consider me to be a viable option, long-term? I’m not trying to be an asshole i’m 18 I don’t have a car. I’m working on getting a car and I’m trying to get a second job and I’m trying to go to the gym and while . These are positive developments they are not stable and stability is very important to a long-term relationship which you just isn’t demonstrated here.

    Yep, the government has figured out a way to print a dollar bill and then tax it every time it's exchanged, eventually earning an unknown number well into the thousands at least over the lifetime of that dollar bill, from charging us for the privilege of exchanging that dollar bill we rent from the government. Even real estate honeypots and the occasional lucky number in the stock market don't have the kind of earning power that the government gets from the exclusive privilege of charging people to spend their money.

    Your Videos are entertaining. They do have some points but they're missing a lot of others points. This is how the world has been for a long time. Attractive men, with status and power have been owning the market all along.(the market worth having) 30 years ago I met a lovely woman who married up THEN a man with all the $. She had great kids, he had 3 kids from a former marriage. She died at 40 and that's, that. I was left lingering long before you guys came up with your perspective that the game is fixed. It always was! Women were miserable in the day often. You could send your wife to a Funny Farm for being a bad wife, you could violate their rights legally in every way and you could treat them like Afghanis treat their women a little earlier than that in US History just about. Are women better off now in western US society than ever, yes. Are men better off? Men have been protected, locked up in rooms with their PCs, playing video games and not socializing. As well as women, sitting on Phones swiping and getting Social Media Highs/Lows. Rather than living and this is a result of the over protective parents of the 90s going ham on that issue. There are so many social issues and you would need a bible and your charts are neat but oversimplified. We could chatter for 10 years on the subject. By the way WhatifAltHist is also entertaining. Though the bigger picture is always harder to see when you're in the woods. Though interesting young men desire to open doors and at least look. Being human is a lot more complex than you think.

      That is one of the worst decisions you could make in this social climate considering the narcissism of modern women and the divorce laws. Spend your time understanding women and that desire will melt away. I would like to have a partner again and I fully understand women and for most of them there is nothing to love about them. I have a preference and a type and I have control of by biology which helps me keep my radar keen when looking. My friend calls me a chick magnet because I don't give a phuck about 99.9% of them and either tell them no or don't give them the validation they are add icted to. When you understand women want what they cannot have it makes life a lot easier. I have a lot of conversations with them and I make sure I control the narrative by asking a different question if necessary to throw them off their game.
      I am not interested in them I am interested in their girlfriend that I know most of them have that is quiet and reserved and doesn't dress provocatively. I am patient because I don't know from which direction she will come. The keys are: don't be thirsty, dress well and somewhat groomed, exude confidence and move with a sense of purpose even if you are just getting a cup of coffee and practice telling women no both verbally and with body language. They are not use to that and it draws them in out of curiosity. Women love a mystery and a challenge just remember most of them are broken. Hoe_Math is depressed because he has a victim-mentality from the pandemic madness. If you identify with your body or mind (thoughts/feelings), you will be confused and anxious because *you don’t exist.* You are identifying with erroneous concepts. There is only constant change. Work out your salvation with diligence. Awaken from the illusory ego and watch your problems vanish because *YOU DON’T EXIST.*

      He seemed to be emphasizing that the concept was unhelpful rather than that it didn't exist. If you go to Japan, Japanese people have Japanese privilege. If you accept white privilege, then you should also accept tall privilege, intelligent privilege, pretty privilege, good parent privilege, etc, etc. Plus, "white" doesn't even really exist as a group anyway, people come in all sorts of shades depending on their ancestry. There's plenty of discrimination between "white" people based on religion, nationality etc. There certainly have been times and places where white privilege existed - South Africa comes to mind - but it's no universal case. I'm not American, though, and I know Americans often see culture differently to non-Americans.

    • @xitaris5981
      @xitaris5981 2 місяці тому +1

      I've never heard a good argument for renting over buying, but I'm open to being convinced. Why?
      I'll make the argument for buying:
      I bought my first house a few years ago, my mortgage is already cheaper than renting most 2-bedroom apartments. By a lot.
      Paying rent is giving money to someone else, paying your mortgage is paying yourself, minus the loan interest. Because all the money towards the principle loan will be paid back to me when I sell the house.
      Houses tend to appreciate in value and having a mortgage is like investing hundreds of thousands of _someone else's money_ but you get all the benefits. My house has already gained more value than I'll spend on interest for the entire life of the loan. And it's still going up.
      Maintenance is a pain, but it's still easier than getting your landlord to take care of issues.

    • @RedDuke777
      @RedDuke777 2 місяці тому

      @@xitaris5981 well, renting a car and renting a house are two different things. A car is a depreciating asset, unless it is a rare and pricey collector’s model. You will almost never get more selling a used car than you got buying it. Therefore, it is not a good investment. Also, if you lease a car for, say, 3 years, you are less likely to waste money on maintenance, buying a new set of tires, etc. A house is (at least in the west) generally an appreciating asset, so buying a house makes more sense. I put the qualifier “At least in the west” there because in much of east Asia, which is frequently riddled by deflation rather than inflation, a house is also a depreciating asset: In Japan, most houses today are worth less than they were 30 years ago, and in China, many homes have lost 25% of their value in just a few years…if you can sell them at all, that is. In many cases in China and Japan, the housing market is totally illiquid, meaning the effective value of a home is essentially zero: and yet owners are still forced to pay off huge mortgages.
