I would say of ALL your previous excursions into Nature this one is the MOST EXOTIC and Otherworldly! Thank you very much for an exquisitely Magical and Ethereal show.
Bravo Paul, beautiful lake area and a good shave "to boot." The big deal here is that you were kind enough to share your time with us, to include us in your outing with Mrs. H. I am appreciative. I used my ball end tech razor this morning just to share the experience. All the best to Mrs. H and you...take care of yourself and each other. Charles K.
Absolutely beautiful backdrop and made all the better with the misty covering creating an earie and atmospheric scene... and the shave wasn't too bad either.👍🏻😉
What a lovely backdrop, bit wet though 🌧, that's why it's called wet shaving ... lol Plenty of rain where I live as well and it's Summer in a few weeks. I've never tried an outdoor shave.
A different outdoor shave for sure. While I miss Mrs. H's beautiful flowers, I must say (borrowing one of your favorite words) that the setting behind you is absolutely stunning...picturesque, and very serene. The temperatures must have been mild. The morning temperature here was 29˚ F. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
Thanks for sharing Paul. What a stunning location. I thoroughly enjoyed it. But my knees were aching on your behalf. You ought to get a portable seat for these outdoor shaves. Happy shaving.
What a beautiful location. Very enjoyable shave. You both are so blessed living in such a beautiful area. Here in the US, Indiana where im at, we had our first snow if the year yesterday. Very cold here. My sotd this morning was cella with my rockwell 6c, number 4 plate. With astra green blade and proraaso red to finish. You and mrs H have a great week
Nice outdoor shave! Beautiful scenery! Not too bad weather for ya, a little rain is fine and you didn't look to cold in a t-shirt. We actually had the first snow of the fall Saturday night and Sunday, about 1 or 1.5 inches. SOTD: Stirling Dirty South Shavers soap and splash, King C. Gillette razor with a Wizamet Super Iridium blade, PAA Peregrino brush, and some Duke Cannon balm. Have a good week! Steve
Happy Sunday to you & Mrs. H! That was such a lovely video Paul, what an excellent idea it was of Mrs. H to film a shave in such a beautiful location. It's so lovely to see how supportive she is of your channel :) A big thank you Mrs. H for your support and beautiful flowers you make every week for Paul & the shave den. It was very nice to see some of the area around you too, that Lonely Tree area looks stunning! I bet it'll look even better in the sunshine lol. Great choice of shaving gear to have used too Paul. wishing you both lots of love from Switzerland :)
Great video Paul, and a nice shave in a beautiful place and the drive up to Snowdonia takes your breath away with the views just incredible take care and have a great week 😀👍
Hey Paul. Nice outside shave today. One of my top 5 razors is my Canadian Gillette Tech, always a great shave. Wish you and Mrs H the best. Take care and be safe.
Paul💈💈Great shave and what a lovely place for it. Not a breath of wind, how did you manage to swing that?, amazing. Great idea Mrs H, always helping the channel. The only thing missing is Mrs H's floral display, but, it's hard to compete with Mother Nature eh... TOBS Sandalwood, a classic and a favorite of mine as well. SOTD: PAA Cube, CRSW "Olfactory Hue" soap/splash, RazoRock "BC" synth brush, EJ DE89 w/Personna Red blade, alum, witch hazel and AV5in1 balm to end...Wonderful. Splendid video, thanks for filming Mrs H. Good health both. See ya soon.
Hi Paul- Great outdoor Sunday shave; thank you! Wonderful backdrop for the shave. It must be quite a bit of work to film an outdoor shave and many thanks to you and Mrs H for doing that for us; it’s always appreciated! Have a great rest of the day. Be safe and be well. See you on Wednesday for the mid-week shave. All the best, Paul!
Quite entertaining location, and awesome view! That bird stayed for almost the entire session, and a person, or two were using a paddle-board on the horizon. They must have smelled the TOBS and were active getting closer to the production location, in order to inquire more about it... Alain Montreal, Canada
Outstanding video love the lonely tree in the background. Thank you for all the efforts you put into making your shaves. Be safe and have a wonderful day.
Beautiful Wales. What a fantastic location, it's been a long time since I've visited this spot. So it was Lowri's idea to have you on your knees, on slate, in the rain. Have you upset her recently? 😀 Fabulous, Paul. Very best regards.
Thank you so much for the birthday wishes Paul & Lowri Gavin was chuffed to bits. What a fantastic place to shave 💈Hope you both have a lovely rest of Sunday. Thanks so much again 💈❤💈
Good morning Paul and good morning Mrs H thx for filming. What a beautiful landscape if I ever make it across the canal again Wales is for sure a place I'll visit. Gillette Techs are great razors. My sotd will be Razorock sloc with a Voskhod blade, diy soap and A&E Aftershave. Enjoy your Sunday and the nature around you.
Beautiful scene for a shave, but I was surprised there wasn't a queue for pictures at the lonely tree. Next time, you should bring a big, fluffy cushion to kneel on. 😀
Good morning 😃 very nice 👍🏻 view and relaxing Paul I keep getting razor burns how can I stop this most often in chin can you give some advice this started a month ago or so I’m 70yrs old so I’m not new at this god bless and stay safe
Good morning, maybe try adding some shaving oil to the chin area, then apply your lather, and a very light touch with the razor, that should help Joseph, many thanks.
Wow ! Stunning views, what a beautiful and quiet place . Great skills to carry on with the shave in that position Paul .. 👏👏👏👏. Well done Mrs H great idea 👏👏👏👏
I was in Snowdonia on holiday this last week, I was staying in a cottage in blaenau ffestiniog. Lovely week, not the best weather, but still that's Wales I guess.
Beautiful part of the world Paul maybe a cold water shave would have been good with all that water around you,I always cold water shave Even in deepest winter Just habit I suppose and hot water when I was young was a luxury bath on a Sunday that was it !.Thank you for the video and thanks to Mrs H for all her hard work too.
Greetings Paul from snowy Ohio. Pretty setting. As fellow wet shaver Sig Solo says you are dedicated. SOTD Rockwell 6c on plate 5. It would be great if they would put out other plates like Carve has. Put that bug in their ear boss. Thanks. Take care all.
Hi Paul - what a view thank you for presenting from there really great. I've got a challenge for you - why not have a go at shaving with a flint stone age razor. There are others on youtube that have done this and may be happy to source one for you. regards David
Happy Sunday Paul! That is a picturesque background indeed; well done. If you had stopped after the first pass, you would had a military field shave. Good enough to get a proper seal on a gas mask or other PPE. Agreed, those vintage made in England Wilkinson Sword blades are fantastically smooth. Oh, yeah...my knees hurt just watching you kneel on those stones. SOTD: 1949 Gillette (UK) Aristocrat razor loaded with a Feather Hi-Stainless blade (15th use). Stirling Christmas Eve shaving soap, face lathered with a Simpson Trafalgar T3 synthetic brush. Finished with Thayer's AF SF skin toner and Stirling Christmas Eve aftershave. The razor and blade delivered a BBS. I can't believe this Feather blade has gone 15 full shaves; I am wowed. Thank you for sharing your outdoor shave Paul. Take care.
Hey Paul, what a beautiful scene! Thanks for sharing. Is that the all-brass British ball end Tech? If so that's my favorite version of the Tech at the moment. I think I'll even use it in my video this weekend. Cheers!
Howdy Paul and Mrs. H! I always envision a John Cleese (of Monty Python fame) type character walking into frame and horsing around while you shave. 😂 Great effort and shave my friend. I added my side beard to my Movember Men’s Health Awareness Month. I always have a round beard and it’s going to be a bit larger after November. 😉 🌺🌺🌺Never Forget!🌺 🌺🌺

Llanberis? Only one extraneous consonant? That's barely Welsh at all.😁😁😁😁 Beautiful scenery there Paul. Love the gull in the tree behind you. He's determined to have a lovely day in spite of the humans intruding on his patch.

That Lonely Tree is quite a sight. How long has that been there? Good camera work by Mrs. H, and that soap stick sounds interesting.
It’s quite famous with photographers, not sure how long the tree has been there, but I would say 15 to 20 years Don. Many thanks.
We saw, just a bit, of Mrs H. She had a hand in making this video.
That seagull finally gave up when you didn't pull out any food it could steal. It should have waited a few more minutes, lol.
looks like a hitchhiker/murder movie background... LOL.. nice but eerie...
That tree really does look lonely, why don't you go over and give it a hug? Go on, there's a good lad. lol
Seagull was guarding it 🤣🤣👍👍

Wow, thank you.
