ISC2 has been offering a free online self-paced training and exam voucher for the new Certified in Cybersecurity entry-level certification since 2022
In June 2023 I took the training and the certification exam on Pearson VUE and passed on my first attempt.

they don't have a single textbook that covers everything, they just have like guide books for each of the domain. once you register you will have access to it

you need to create an account on isc2.org and activate the account and then submit an application for the exam on the website. you will be able to access the Voucher under members benefits section
