Ghost Brigade is like a heavier version of Katatonia. I have all of their albums. A really good band with a lot of fantastic songs. And o so much feeling.
This has got to be one of the few bands that gets me right in the feels and heart. Seeing you react to them hit me even harder. Thank you and Ghost Brigade for giving birth to one of the most iconic albums in this scene. 🤘🏼🙏🏼

That's a good parallel, although I personally always dug Ghost Brigade more than both those bands, since they could combine both styles better than either Insomnium and Katatonia. Being able to switch between death, black, doom and mournful poppy rock in the same song is a rare thing.

Now that I think about it, I used to listen to a Ghost Brigade album a long time ago and I know I loved it, since I listened to it a lot. But they vanished a bit in other music and styles and shit. But I'm going to check out more now, because I loved it.
Amazing band, please check out their other song "Anchored" They have so many amazing songs and they are one of the most underrated bands in Metal PERIOD.
I was listening to it and I was saying to myself okay, we got the melodic part and the metal part but I'm still waiting for the death and then the chorus hit and I was like there's the death metal. I really like it a lot and I wanted it to be longer than it was. Perhaps another reaction to these guys? Great video Ruben.

But then again the first two albums of Katatonia were heavier than any Ghost Brigade albums... Anyways both of them are truly amazing bands.
I love this whole album so much. Try "My Heart Is A Tomb" or "Into the Black Light". Absolutely beautiful.
