Breaking multiple records in a single game removes the hype of breaking a good record because the cutscenes would most of the time focus only on one.
It would be hella interesting to get immersed in the story if we’ll see the details behind how they talk about breaking a record.

2k should create a Hall of Fame game Mode where you walk around the Naismith HOF and have some type of challenge/game for every player in the HOF. You'd have to go through the HOF twice, once as the player themself in the HOF and than once you have played a match/challenge with all the players you have to beat every player as your own create a player.
