The whole world has been forgiven their sins through JESUS’s suffering, death and resurrection. However, you can only be saved if/when you believe in the grace of God.
The Pharisees refused to believe in the work of the Holy Spirit. They rather attributed the miracles Jesus did by the Holy Spirit to the handiwork of Beelzebub.

All sins have/can be forgiven through JESUS’s sacrifice except the sin of UNBELIEF in the finished work of grace -blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
