Hope they have some good transit options to get there. Driving into San Pedro/LB is never a fun time :/

Thanks for these updates! We take a drive down there every once in awhile to check up on the progress and walk around. I love seeing these videos though so I don't always have to make the drive haha

The construction on that seems to be going at a super slow pace!

It was sad to see how rundown the formerly charming ports o call became. Hopefully this will be an improvement. I guess they’ve given up on the sleepy little village vibe. ;) Maybe there was nowhere else to go with this property. Thanks for the view .

Is this a complete redo of the old Ports-O-Call Village?

What a wasted opportunity. They could have built something exciting and unique. Instead they chose to construct a series of disjointed buildings that remind me of those mid west barn buildings they use to store stuff. The only redeeming feature of this badly designed project is the amphitheater.
They need to improve transit access. Maybe they can install a gondola system. Not sure how far this is from the closest A line station in LB, but if you could hop off the A line, cross the street and get on a gondola to this location, that would be a game changer. It would become a huge attraction because you would get some amazing views of the waterfront.

Last stop on A line is Downtown LB station near Ocean and Pine Ave. From there a shortish walk or perhaps a vehicle trolley could take you to Shoreline Village. Create an Aqua Taxi route system to the waterfront.
