I know what you mean by it being so expensive, here in Washington state we have the PUYALLUP Fair, most rides ran between $5-$20 , game's about $5-$7.this year it ran about 3weeks. they cannot figure out why attendance is down, it also costs $12 to get in.food costs were outrageous!! but it's just so much fun that you go anyway. staceydekker
one of the biggest problems here is the showgrounds are charging far to much to the vendors to rent out a space - so the cost then goes to the customer. too many taxes and insurance bills add up the cost. allot of people winge about the entry fee here but i do think its justified because there is allot of entertainment. allot more thats not on vid
Peter Dekker - yeah at the Perth Royal show were they are entry for children is $13 idk how much adults and the rides and games are on average $6 but range $6-$20 plus you have to buy food and if u want showbags
I'm not going because it's gonna be wet. ;( but instead I'm going to crown to stay at the hotel (if you havn't heard of crown its a hotel, café and performance thing Edit:why was my e Spanish lol
$20 to go on that ride that spins round?!?! Every year (they stopped doing it last year) about 5 minutes from where I live they did a traction engine rally and they built a load of rides and a bridge every year in the space of 2 months and they had that ride that spins and it's about £1.50 😂
theres allot of high running costs here but it would be great to only have to pay that. most rides at the royal show are $10 and the games were either $5 or $10. the operaters are wondering why less people are going every year. i posted a vid of us at the show on my channel about 3 or 4 years ago and you can see in that vid the crowds were crazy because it was cheaper. (i exported that vid wrong so its small)
Great video love seeing other aussie youtubers

wow! I'm guessing $10 is around £7.70 which is quite expensive where I live. You look like you enjoyed yourselves though :)
I saw myself omg
