In all honesty vereena have come so far. From being so young and innocent to now being a girl boss influencer. She really helped me gain confidence over the years. If it wasn’t for her saying “just fake confidence until you gain it.” And “just love your body bc they are there to protect us not to get complements” really changed my mindset.❤️ also how she can express herself through art,makeup,fashion,tattoos made me feel safe to dress how I want, cut off fake friends, work hard for my dreams to come true 😌I’m forever and always grateful for you v and how you help me gain confidence and not be this scared victim of bullying who cares about other opinions anymore. I just loved and resonate a lot with this video. Hon, you had anxiousness, that's why you could not sleep, and mostly, why you throw up. This always happens to me when I have a big deal or something the next day, and I have a panic attack or I'm to anxious, I usually vomit...so refreshing seeing this happens to more people.

Hi Vereena! I don’t know if you’ll see this, but just a tip for your acne! I too was struggling with the exact same random acne break outs as you! I was so disheartened, however I found they’re slowly but surely healing and getting better through better sleep and taking care of my skin more gently! Lack of sleep can cause major acne break outs as we NEED rest. I know that may be easier said than done in your life as you’re busy and on the go, but if you find yourself awake at night with nothing to do, perhaps take that time to sleep and get proper rest! Also aside from the help sleep provides to our skin and well being, it most importantly effects our mental health. If you’ve found that you’ve been more irritable lately, if your depression anxiety, and overall state of mind has been even more rough and overwhelming then your sleep could very well be effecting that! Please try to prioritize sleeping Vereena! Much love! God is always present with you wherever you journey! ❤️🥰

this video is my new comfort video lol, but just to let you know from one bitch with a high tolerance to another, the throwing up might be from just not sleeping or anxiety, but it also could be from smoking or consuming too much flower daily. it’s this thing called CHS and i got it as well as my best friend, and for months we would throw up almost everything we couldn’t keep anything down no matter what and i lost weight super rapidly. CHS is really common in young adult women and the only way to really “cure” it is stop smoking altogether but i just cut back on how much i was smoking daily (at least three blunts a day) and it made all of those symptoms go away! hopefully it’s not the case for you, just thought i should let you know because i wish i would’ve known about CHS before i got it!
