This time of the morning in London looks so familiar to me typically after stumbling out of an all night rave taking some time to enjoy the peace and quiet of the city on way home or on to next party don't do it as much as all grown up but hey there's still some parties left in the old dog yet ....

This was my 'hood during my 2013 visit as my hotel was on New Bridge. Took similar route early one morning and captured a picture of the first office workers arriving over Millennial Bridge and later found a stat that reported 300,000 plus people work in The City and less than 10,000 people reside in The City. The vibe of the area is definitely different in early mornings as well as during the week-end. Love this area.
I really enjoyed this walk, so nice to see the streets relatively free of people, if not traffic. What time exactly did you set off from Russell Square, and what month of the year was it?

This is almost the best time to feel the serenity and calmness of London city. Please I’d suggest title naming each well-known street/landmark as you pass by.🙏🏾

It would be interesting to shoot aside, away from street. When we are walking we are looking at shopwindows. It would be interesting to see what all those shops have to offer. Little grocery stores are also interesting, to see what fruits they offer. It would be interesting for all those pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, to see inside, how they are decorated. You don't have to enter, you just shoot through windows. Even residential buildings are interesting, to see their entrances and their facades, London has great looking houses. Usually you are shooting traffic and people on the streets, these are always the same, ;) .
Mario, in some videos I turn the camera to film department store windows - I'm not sure how popular filming a whole video sideways would be, though I may try it sometime to see 🙂
@@WatchedWalker Try it to see how it works. You don't have to turn sideways all the way, in some videos you are doing it just right. For example, you shoot strait, then, when shop window comes, you turn camera towards it for 45 degrees, enough so that we can clearly see what is going on. And long enough to see details. And then you turn strait again, until the next shop window. I believe that this would work just fine. For example, you are walking by some bookstore, and I am really eager to see how it looks like, but you continue strait, and I actually don't see much. And exactly those shop windows (and facades) is what gives atmosphere to the specific street. Thanks, and good luck, :) .

It would be interesting to shoot aside, away from street. When we are walking we are looking at shopwindows. It would be interesting to see what all those shops have to offer.
