- Hey there FAM! Welcome back to DD5! Today, Michael goes full speed ahaead on clearing some room to build a dog pen area for our newest addition to the family, Wednesday. Talon and Jacob also make a cameo on this video, so I really hope you enjoy this one. We love you guys, and thank you so much for following our journey.

If it was my property, I would clear the area all around where the house will be, of just the under brush. Leave the larger trees. It will give you a better picture of everything before deciding on where you are going to put things. Just a thought 😊.

Mike time for you to build you a tool workshop. You have been bless by companies sending you tools. I use to do carburetor work on chain saws weed eater and hedge trimmers but my eye sight has gotten bad. With the Hipa carbs price if I have a carburetor problem I just replace it.

Hi Mike the furbabies are so pretty. I know Wednesday will love her new pen too. I was planning on coming to the Meetup my granddaughter graduates Friday and is having a graduation party Saturday. I'm so disappointed I wanted to meet you all so BAD. My son would have to bring me because I don't drive out of town. And its only 44 miles. Maybe one day I can meet you, Lyssa and David at least. The less trees u cut down, the better. Work with nature, not against it. Trees convert carbon dioxide into oxygen and are thus important.

The goats would love all of that foliage. They aren't getting moved as often as they need to be so the more green stuff that can be brought into their pens, the better.

I love what you are doing for the animals....after looking at Wednesday's feet - I'm not sure if she's going to favor the full size build of a live stock guardian dog. her feet are pretty dainty. LGDs typically average 8-12 lbs of weight gain per month their first year - then their bones/muscles mature over the next 2 years so they are fully mature at 3 yrs of age. So, monitor her growth AND her behavior for guardian instincts. Either way, she will be a great family dog but since she has multiple breeds intertwined the LGD instincts/traits may not be the dominant ones.
