My wife bought me tickets for my birthday, can’t wait. I’ve actually shaped her into a pretty awesome football buddy over the years 😂 We’ve managed to make it to the last three times gameday came to town, should be absolutely electric in Autzen.

I think it will come down to the tight ends. They won’t be able to block our rushers, and our 13 personnel is going to expose Ohio states defense. Iowas offense is garbage compared to Boise st. The box scores against Michigan were nearly identical, and Oregon got off the field faster. T Ferg, Herbert and Sadiq will all have a lot of snaps.
If they need the blueprint to beating OSU, just watch the last three games against Michigan 😂
Yeah that might work if Oregon had the best O and D lines in the country, but they don't have either.

I’m not convinced Jordan Burch/Harmon/Caldwell won’t give the O line and Howard fits and force him into mistakes. He hasn’t had any pressure all year. Burch is a different animal than anything they have seen this year. Oregon really needs to stop the running game though.
I think this is the biggest story of the game. How good is this Oregon D-line? They have looked great to start, this will tell us how good they really are.
Like you said, howard really has not seen a DL like this.
I think this game comes down to the Oregon Dline front 4. If they can't control the line this will not be close. That being said I would like to see Oregon at times switch to a 5-2 or 4-3 to get more bulk at the line and stop the outside screens
OSU will run the ball - Chip has this OL playing very well and he has 2 RB's that are amazing - and a QB who is big strong and can also very fast ! Then - a room full of WR's ready to go and keep the D honest. --?-- Buckeyes will likely win both sides of the ball @ the LOS !

The efficiency differences between the skill players so far this season is pretty massive. OSU gets much more per touch out of Judkins than Oregon does with James and likewise for Smith v Johnson. Plus those red zone INTs by Gabriel are the kind of thing Downs and Ransom will be licking their chops over. Best of luck Ducks... you're gonna need it.
I gotta admit, there have been times that Dillon Gabriel has played like a freshman.
However, whichever team gets the "luck" will win.

Ohio state fans have only focusing on Idaho and Boise state like we even have remotely the same team from week 1/2. We running a completely different offense line how is that hard to understand

Look, this game is huge. I'm walking distance from Autzen, and on a regular game day, I can't drive. The hotels and rental cars have all been booked for months. I'm not sure I'm happy about this or not?!😂

That will certainly sneak up on a team that seats 105,000 at every home game.

NOBODY can stop Jeanty. The way to beat Boise State is you have to have more than their defense can handle, longer than Jeanty runs over you. Those who sell Boise State short, will suffer the same fate as everybody (except Oregon) that underestimated them.
I haven’t seen a single Ohio State fan argue this 😂 I have, however, seen Ohio State fans argue that they can replicate the success Boise State had running the ball against Oregon lmao especially considering they have a better O-Line than Boise. If you honestly think that Henderson and Judkins aren’t good running backs, then you clearly haven’t been watching.

The team that takes advantage of mistakes will win the game. 2 teams that are loaded with talent. All it takes is 1 mistake. This is even a better game than the Alabama/Georgia game. Regardless of who wins, Penn State can get a false sense of security by beating USC.

OREGON is overrated. they have struggled all season. you talk about howard under pressure. look at his clips last year. hes a baller, he will show up to play.
I have watched a lot of Will Howard. He has never been great under pressure. I think he is a very solid QB, but has struggled with pressure during his career.
The Oregon Ducks is a team that is given every advantage, so far this season all games except the beavers have been home games, they haven't played a good team yet. Dan lanning and will Stein are really kids as both are in their 30s years of age. Will Stein came from coaching high school. The Oregon Ducks will be defeated 🎉

Oregon will need a miracle to win this game.
Here's why:
OSU on D plays to prevent big plays. They want to force long scoring drives.
OSU on O wants long scoring drives. They'll take shots from time to time but don't push to be an explosive offense.
They know they have an experienced, talented and deep roster and are confident that they'll capitalize if they can keep forcing snaps.
All that lends itself to alot of work in the red zones.
OSU is thriving in red zone while Oregon is struggling in red zone. Oregon will need to completely flip that script to win this game. Odds aren't good. Buckeyes by somewhere around 20.
I actually feel the only chance Oregon has is if they can get them 5-6 yard passes over the middle and then has the receivers make the plays. And I expect a touchdown by Dillon and one by Jordan James 2 sacks by the Duck defense. A couple of hurry-ups, we should be o.k.
