Those QTP parts and winch hand grips all look very good. I'm very fussy about details and would happily use them.

Really nice gesture by QTP again 👍 we used to add a piece of quite heavy tin to the backrest raise it up about 4 inches 🙄, these winch handle rubbers were a work of art and probably took quite a bit of work 🤔 listening to the 35x to be honest the engine doesn't sound too bad be interesting to see it on the slurry pump again, great video Dan 👌

It runs a lot better now, but is a poor cold starter.

Excellent help with the parts from QTP. That tree flopped out no problem. You could have a nice side-line in your area come autumn. Going to check your winch repair vid next

Hi Dan great parts sent by QTP although I would keep the original lights on as I like the patina and save them for a tractor that has them missing

I’ll find the 35x a nice tree or 2 to pull over 😁. Nice to see her out in the sun as well

Think you should do this tractor up full nut and bolt Dan you would handle it no problem

Love your videos Dan, especially your Vintage Thursday ones. Just wondering though, do QTP do feather dusters and new ceiling panels? I think you need them. :)

As far as I know they're not in the current range.

Great Video Dan, the 35X sounds good, looks good with the new bits and pieces as well.
Have You done anything with the engine, It did,nt start very well at one time and I thought it might need a rebuild to get it back in good order. Of course I may have missed something you did earlier.

I've only done the valves and injectors so far.
It runs much better and starts well when hot now, still a very poor cold starter though.

@@CowfarmerDan I see, injectors and valves has made a difference. Your very lucky having the 35x, We had one in the sixties, all I have now is the instruction book, front cover is missing otherwise fair condition. Our neighbour had a Multi-Power version, when I was about 10 (1965), that was pretty amazing stuff , changing gear with touching the clutch !! Great stuff you put out there, thank you

      Thanks CowfarmerDan
I Restored a Ferguson winch over the winter and a set of grips would finish it off hopefully get to play with it over the summer on my old tef.
Love the videos by the way.
      keep up the good work.

I’m looking for someone that can make new steering lever grips for a Bristol Crawler, if you know a guy. 😂 I have an original as a pattern.

When one gets older using the winch is the smarter move, by hand is not a great idea. Pulling it out with the tractor isn't really fun
