Questions on how to install relentless cops mod is just follow the readme file that comes with the mod folder for it cause gonna be honest I'm the last dude to ask since I took a gamble when installing all the mods but this one at least tells you how to install it.
Also back up the files in another folder for the game before risking it, the version I used was the GLOBAL one.

@@Mohith7548 It's a relentless cops mod, which makes the cops super aggressive, otherwise the cops can very easily be evaded in normal NFS
