So much I like about this video! Great work. I actually JUST got the T2. Didn't think I would like the form factor, but it actually fits my large hands perfectly (I fly hybrid) I still need to try it in the field though. Maybe I'll test this one out in the future.
This looks awesome. I’m looking for an upgrade from the literadio2 se but buying a radio and then spending more on a crossfire module doesn’t appeal to me. It looks like the form factor can accommodate both pinch and thumb styles. And it looks dope! Thank you for the review. I think I’ve made a decision here
As mentioned in another comment having Tango 2/Mambo with either Crossfire or Tracer would be really nice for various reasons. Also agreeing, that Tracer seems like the future, I can't use the range from 50Hz Crossfire where I live anyway. Therefore would also prever having higher refresh rate (Tracer inbuilt) on the Tango 2. I too think that, as you said, adding a module to the Tango2 kills the feeling of the portability. I can only speak for me, but if a Tango 2 with Tracer existed I would buy a another Tango 2 just to not need the external module. :')
It’s a weird move, not incorporating both radios into a new form factor. I’ve always wanted the feel of my old FS-i6S with better guts, but I’m invested in Crossfire and I don’t want to have to buy a module and keep it stuck to the back of the thing. I hope they drop a CRSF/dual radio version in the future. Can you limit the gimbal travel like the T2?
appreciate your comment! 😊 have to agree with you, a combined remote would be great or a CRSF mambo version for the people that enjoy crossfire but don’t want the game pad style…. and yes, travel limiting works the same here 😊👍🏻
yeah I agree 150hz to 250hzis not noticeable for the average mortal (only flight software can) 😊but I do feel the difference between 50hz and 150hz, and that’s why I prefer Tracer over Crossfire: there’s no annoying RF mode switching with it! and let’s be honest: „150hz locked“ is nice on Crossfire but range is pretty limited 😊
What kind of range you get with the internal antenna? Is it just only for the racing or can you fly wings/planes/minis 1-2km safely? Would be so nice to carry tx without antenna but I don’t know can I give away my crossfire. I don’t do long range but I love how rock solid the link is everywhere where I fly.
This could be my new radio, I fly the QX7 with a 2 watt crossfire lite module but the radio is a few years old now and developing some glitches. I don’t like the form factor of the T2 and this would give me tracer as a bonus, my only concern is will it fit a stand to handle my full size crossfire module?
Das hast du gut gemacht. Der Cut ist cool.
danke! freut mich zu hören! ✌🏻😃
I think Wayne was having a break down with all the repeated questions. Good job guys.
Sieht vielversprechend aus 😎

thank you for your feedback! nothing to regret, T2 is a fantastic radio too and definitely wins in the portability department :)

Awesome stuff Chris 👌😎
It’s almost like Steel took the dji remote, made it look like a TX16S and smashed the Tango 2 into it and said it’s gonna have all the fixinz.
Hi Chris. Did you use the Frsky X9D before? How does the Mambo compare? Especially in regards to a pincher.

totally agree 😃 Tracerango 2 would be king! 🤩

@@chrswnd crsf is 900mhz so antenna need to be few times bigger. It might be a little challenging.
Agreed. I’d prefer to have both internal and have a 4n1 in the expansion bay.
I would like to know whats the battery life with an external module :)
Dude, like 4 pilots are good enough to notice the difference in latency from CSFR to tracer. Lol thanks for sharing this video though.

Looks so nice!!!
Wieder Top erklärt... würde mich aber auch mal über eine deutsche Version freuen. 👍
Hmmm vielleicht mal mit deutschen Untertiteln?! 😀 oder so “richtig”? 😊
@@chrswnd so richtig halt 😉👍🏼

Hmm, no more custom case for my radios... X9 lite and t-lite custom will be away fm my field now cuz tbs done it for me finally 😎

yes, there’s going to be a handle sold separately (just like the Ethix edition one) :)
Cool thanks for the video Chris :)...I assume its the same size gimbals as the T2?
thx Stephen! yep, same gimbals there :)
Features
CRSF V3 protocol support for lowest latency and most direct response of any remote control available.
Does that mean it can run CRSF?
unfortunately not, it only uses the same protocol like Crossfire called „CRSF“… it can’t be used in combination with crossfire receivers.
Nice review/release as always my Friend! 🥳 Controller looks pretty cool 😀. Is it possible to put a ghost module in it? 😜
Best wishes!
thx my „flinker“friend! 🙌🏻😀
I wonder if for some reason a guy wanted to hook up a expresslrs module in back if the software will allow it?
Ye me
yeah, every external module will work :)
Was genau macht der Send it knopp? Ich Checks nicht?😅
ist einfach nur witzig gemeint :D er funktioniert wie jeder übliche Drehschalter an anderen Funken, geht aber bis Stufe 11 ;)
Isn't ELRS faster than tracer anyway?
I no it's more consistent which is apparently more important than speed.
Yes
Have hall gimbal?
yes! and even full-digital hall gimbals :) not like FrSky with analog-to-digital gimbals :P
Hi Chris ✋😏
mopziiii ❤️🔥
triple nike!!!
Yeah it looks so lame... 🤣 🤣 🤣
I thought I was tripping
Batteries 🔋 🔋 not included 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I know it sucks 🙁 but international shipping with batteries is a pain in the ass 🙈 this way it’s a lot easier 📦
@@chrswnd Great decision that the f word batteries not included 😁
