UA-cam what is up guys today I got a sick car hack using bug spray and wax to restore you headlights in seconds on any car, truck, or van. All you need is some high deet bug spray and any wax to coat over it. This is my favorite way to clean headlights. Cleaning headlights with bug spray will leave the pours of plastic open so make sure to coat with wax or non yellowing clear coat. Do not waste your time with tooth paste baking soda or any expensive kit this is a fast and easy hack to having perfect brand new headlights forever.
As OFF does this to plastic, hate to think what it does to my body.
DEET reacts with plastic, and last I checked people ain't made of plastic. That's just chemistry.

Meh, temporary fix. Lasted about an hour. Next day headlights reverted back to what it was originally.
Spray clear coat over it and will last much longer.

Don’t clear coat them, just ceramic coat it. Much easier option for most people these days. Without proper sanding, the clear coat won’t stick properly and will just run. Leaving your light looking worse than when you started
